My face was in desperate needs of a facial and Prophecy Med Spa was running and awesome special for an anti-aging facial. The woman at the front desk was delightful, very pleasant and helpful. You head into a consultation room first. We went over my paperwork, discuss the treatment and allowed for the opportunity to ask questions. My aesthetician was great. She made sure I was comfortable, gave the step by step for the procedure and went to work. Cleansing, extractions (I requested this), a neck and shoulder massage and lots of red light. I left with my skin feeling fabulous. I highly recommend this place! One little tip, my aesthetician's gloves seem to be a little loose so I can fill them throughout the procedure and they were pretty squeaky especially during the massage. It just changed the experience a bit compared to other facials that I've gotten at Med Spas. read more

Their marketing department hit social platforms pretty hard. They got me. $59 facial- I booked it. Reception area was small, customers lining up. They called me back to a room. It definitely felt like a timeshare presentation. They asked what kind of future services and packages I was prepared to sign up for. Seriously. The young employee took me back. She had me put on a scrub skirt under my arms. She said don't bother taking my jewelry off. She started quickly applying product after product, not one explanation was offered. After the third time asking, I gave up. Oh and I removed my jewelry after she smothered it in product. After the facial was finished, they sent me back into the timeshare room again to the 'closer'. I appreciate the good deal, but you get what you pay for. I would have rather paid for a proper facial and paid more. read more

I signed up for the Prophecy Med Spa via an online facial offer for my birthday. I came and was given a sales pitch prior to my appointment. Afterwards I was charged $80 when the special was for $59.99. I declined the offer for a follow up sales pitch and realized after leaving that I was overcharged. I called and spoke to Mary who called to confirm my appointment and told her about being overcharged. She said she would call me back to get it fixed and never did. I had to call back again yesterday and am still waiting for the refund. Upon my initial scheduling I selected the date and time I wanted. I was sent a text confirmation for my appointment and time. Then I get a call asking me to move to another time. It was a little aggravating to be moved when I scheduled other appointments around it and received confirmation only for them to move me. I've since developed a swollen and painful where I received treatment. read more

My first experience with Prophecy Med Spa was very disappointing. Every time I tried to call, no one answered. I also left messages and emails but never got a response or callback. I had questions about my appointment and wanted to cancel or reschedule, but their online system would not let me do it either. Good communication and customer service are very important, especially for a med spa, and unfortunately, I did not experience that here. I would not recommend them at all. My cousin and I were in need for a day of pampering and decided to check out Prophecy Med Spa. The ambiance when we walked in the door was very cozy and clean. We were checked in and called back for our consultation with Revi. Revi was very welcoming and asked questions to make sure our service would be tailored to our needs. She then went into detail about the Hydro facial we were going to be getting and the benefits. My Esthetician was Daija. She was very friendly and gave me the experience I was looking for. My whole body was completely relaxed with the back massager and heated bed coupled with the relaxing spa music in the background. Daija asked a few questions and made some suggestions to my current skin care regimen. My face feels so hydrated and supple. I will definitely be coming back here with my cousin when we need another pampered session. Keep it up ladies! read more

I went to Prophecy Med Spa after seeing a promo online for a $60 facial. I don't get facials very often and decided to treat myself to a relaxing session. I have very sensitive skin (retinol gives me chemical burns) and I'm allergic to lavender. Well, after filling out an intake form, meeting with their sales consultant, and chatting with my aesthetician, she had me change into a robe (standard practice for a facial). She left the room again and came back in to inform me that she couldn't do the facial I had scheduled because all the products they use contain retinol and/or lavender. If that wasn't enough of a disappointment, the aesthetician offered another service using ultrasound waves to tighten by chin and jawline. I still wanted a relaxing session, so I agreed to try it out. The aesthetician numbed by chin areas with lidocaine and then put a coat of ultrasound gel on (standard practice for such a procedure). She started the machine on the lowest setting. I couldn't feel anything, so she turned it up. I felt an electric shock that was quite painful. I let her know and she turned it back down. After the session, I was led back in to speak with their sales consultant. The whole thing was a sales pitch, trying to get me to sign up for a package of sessions costing $3,000. She offered another package for $2,500, a "deal," she said, as long as I signed up and paid in full on the spot. What a joke! Prophecy Med Spa doesn't let you pay per visit. They try to upsell you into a ridiculous package of services. My aesthetician was incredibly nice and explained everything step by step, but I will not be returning. Saw an ad on Facebook for a $60 deal for a facial that works on the jawline area, which is an area that I am very self conscious about, and I decided to give them a try yesterday. The front desk ladies and the esthetician Dani were very sweet, and their facility is definitely one of the cleanest you will find, which at least earns them a couple of stars. The facial was decent, but it wasn't anything amazing.. I get facials pretty regularly, and this one just seemed average to me. I didn't really notice much of a difference if any in my sagging jawline/chin area and perhaps it just takes several treatements to notice the difference but i felt that she could have worked on that area a bit more in the time we had and It may have helped make more of a difference. On the plus side though, my skin was overall brighter afterwards and the skin on my chest was clearer so the facial did do something to improve my skin in one session but I wouldn't say it was any better than the facials I get at other spas and I wouldn't go there regularly and pay the full price for the treatment I received yesterday. Especially since the esthetics table laid on wasn't the most comfortable. I hurt my leg getting on it and it was rock hard. The heat and massage pad were nice touches, but that didn't stop my low back from hurting once I got off of it. Oh, and then the BEST part.. after the service, Dani handed me off to their in house "skin care expert" who was pleasant overall but didn't stop talking for 30 minutes trying to sell me on buying additional treatments that cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. He was offering a great deal, but you have to sign up that day in order to take advantage of it.. the usual sales tactic these days. Maybe these other treatments he spoke of would get me more of the result I was looking for, but I'm not about to throw down a ton of money immediately to find out.. it actually pissed me off not only because I wasn't looking to be given an in depth sales pitch after having what's supposed to be a relaxing service but also because I had another appointment I had to make it to right after this one in Nampa and his sales pitch caused me to be late for that appointment. I know the guy was just doing his job but they should consider finding another way to try to sell their services as that tactic may work on some but it was definitely a detterant to me and I'm sure I'm not alone in that. read more

When I called to make two appointments, the person who answered my call was in a bitchy attitude, answering with a rude tone. (Keep in mind this was my first impression of them.) Because of that, I wasn't going to book the appointment, but I thought maybe they were having a bad day, so I still booked it and went. What I received were false pretenses. I went in for the anti-aging treatment, and what was on the Ad was nothing compared to my experience! What I paid for I could have done at home. I left feeling the same and scammed, and then I kept getting pushed to purchase one of their packets to "save money." But it was the same; there was no "sale." I'd try saying no and maybe later, and I kept getting pushed to purchase it. I kept trying to pay for the treatments I got done, and they wouldn't let me unless I got a treatment package booked. Very displeasing! From all of this, I wouldn't recommend them for facials. At least for other treatments, they may be good, but the employees just have attitudes, so go prepared to be received like a dog. read more

I first went into Prophecy Med Spa after I saw an advertisement on Social Media. I have an allergy to coconut, so this presents an issue in finding skin care that is effective for my skin. I went in not expecting too much and skeptical that I could be helped. I met with Isaac, and he was friendly and helpful. I let him know that I get overwhelmed when it comes to skin care. He recommended a system that was twice a day but simple. It came with an information card, so I knew what product to use and when. I have made it a priority and have seen amazing results. Arrington did my first HydraFacial, and I almost fell asleep. I have a hard time relaxing and the fact that she was able to get me to relax was amazing in itself. I had been experiencing dryness in my face. I was self-conscious about it as I could see the dryness when I looked in the mirror. After one treatment and the recommended skin care routine, my face felt so much better as well as looked better. I am so thankful for the staff and their patience with me. read more

I originally went for the advertised special facial. Wow, what a mistake! Its just a catch to get you in there to sign a contract for an enormous amount of money. Revi, the manager, is a fast talking salesperson who makes you feel like you would be an idiot if you don't take "advantage" of all she's doing for you. I was having buyers remorse but told myself at least i would be getting the products she "gave" me for, as the contract stated, "as long as you are on the program". One of the first appointments I left with bruising all over my face because the gal used too high of suction. Then the next 3 times I had a different person every time. Finally I had been scheduled with the same person, however she wasn't always available to fit my schedule. To top things off, I was now told I can't get anymore free product, because its been over a year. Its taken this long to complete the sessions because they don't have availability. If i could see I see this amazing difference in my skin I would not be so bitter. The spa is not that relaxing or welcoming. Though the front desk person is very sweet, I wish I'd never stepped foot in this place-just a scam in my opinion. I will not be going back. read more

Literally just left and am beyond impressed. The girls there are absolutely wonderful. Leah greeted me which was a treat. She was so sweet and bubbly. I walked into a very clean and inviting atmosphere. She is so knowledgeable, perceptive, empathetic and personable. She sat me down and immediately presented a different environment than any "sales" interaction I had anticipated. She made suggestions based on treatments they offered but her recommendations were followed by prioritization and level of need. I explained what I wanted and she was completely transparent in setting expectations as what to expect and what the outcomes could look like. There were procedures that she suggested against because they wouldn't give the result I was looking for- instead steering me to a treatment that was actually more cost effective, less evasive and provided results I was thrilled with. I was then absolutely pampered by Josi. She was the sweetest, gentle, most uplifting little soul. I was impressed to learn that she is currently getting her nursing degree. The amount of dedication she put into making sure I had the best facial and laser treatment. She was incredible. The way I was treated both as a person and the results I received, were top tier. I was completely impressed with the actual facial experience and my estetician Bailey. She made the experience so relaxing and created such a calming environment. I would have gone back repeatedly based on her approach and attention to detail. I was horrendously turned off by the post treatment consultation. I felt belittled when I wasn't interested in purchasing $500-$1500 treatments on the spot. The consultant became annoyed and told me I could head to the front to check out. End of conversation. When I went to pay for my service the front office staff was annoyed by the fact that I wanted to pay in cash and made it clear that no change would be made. After a very relaxing experience it left me with overall underwhelming experience. Customer service is completely overlooked. read more

Got a call about an hour before I was to be there saying they don't take "new clients" on Saturdays even though they advertise this!! Very disappointed. First impression false advertising!! Won't be scheduling with this spa. Person on the phone said she doesn't control the calendar and pointed blame to others. Beware of their offers!!!!
