Pro: The lobby is clean and there's always a friendly receptionist to greet you and she will ask you if you need anything while you are waiting. There are also spa related products to peruse through if your smartphone is not keeping you entertained. When I first started coming here I was seeing Katherine who is super amazing. So amazing that is always booked months in advance. And I'm instant gratification kinda girl so I always like to schedule last minute. Over the years, I have seen many different masseuse and masseur and they are all just as amazing. They have one male massage therapist. I have to admit, I was little apprehensive at first but like all the other times I got a massage there, I fell asleep during and woke myself up snoring. Another plus is they keep records of your visits, why you were there last time (neck pain? back pain?) and if you like firm massages or not. Con: Did I mention they keep records of your visit? When they say "You saw so and so last time you were here" I feel like I just got caught cheating. I"m not going to ding them a star for it because they never make me feel bad. My other half and I came in for a couples/ prenatal massage as I am 9months pregnant. We were really looking forward to this. We came in early to fill out the "paperwork" provided and not even half way through the paperwork our therapist were out and ready for us. Which begs the question, "how are your therapist reading the necessary information off of the paperwork if I'm not even done with it yet?" My other half for some odd reason every time ends up with the tiniest tiniest little women as their therapist every time we get a massage. Today was no different. Although the woman was nice my partner had requested firm pressure and the therapist was in no way able to provide that. To top this she also wore latex gloves through the entire massage. Strange. We have been to couples massages many times at many different establishments but unfortunately every time we have been into Rejuv they have just not quite hit the mark. Heather does a fantastic job waxing and tinting my eyebrows. I get compliments all the time. I also love going to get facials once a month by Heather as well. I have never enjoyed facials before, but she make them so relaxing. She also has given me such great advice for my skin and wonderful recommendations on products that my skin loves. read more

This spa has been the worst in terms of communication and customer care. After spending over $5,000 here, I've consistently experienced rude and dismissive behavior from the front desk staff. After one appointment, I went to reschedule, only to be greeted with 'What do you want?'--completely unprofessional. Their lack of communication is astonishing. At one appointment, I was told Cheryl was running late, only to find out 30 minutes later that she wasn't even in the building. The front desk staff never bothered to inform me until I had to ask what was going on. When I told them I'd reschedule, Cheryl came in anyway, looking confused when I said I was leaving. It made an already frustrating experience even worse. The craziest part is how quickly their attitude changed after I swiped my credit card and spent $4,000 there. It was like they couldn't care less about providing quality service or treating me with respect once they got my money. Every time I've had a question--whether it's about Alle points or a service--the staff has been dismissive and rude, showing no interest in actually listening or resolving my concerns. They lack basic communication skills and don't seem to care about their clients at all. I did go back to Cheryl to address the issue with my filler, but she completely brushed me off, both over the phone and in person. She claimed the asymmetry was preexisting and that the filler just highlighted it, saying it wasn't her fault. Well, as a professional, she should've known better and at least offered to fix it. Thanks for botching my face and ruining what could've been a positive experience with your awful attitude. I regret every dollar I've spent here. UPDATE: After reflecting on my experience with Cheryl, I realized just how disappointing and dishonest it truly was. When I raised concerns about the filler issue, she didn't offer a resolution or even a follow-up appointment. Despite my asking if I could come back after my trip to fix it, Cheryl insisted it was a preexisting issue and that I simply needed to accept it. It's dishonest for a business I've invested in to dismiss a valid concern without offering any support. Either a place stands behind its services with integrity, or it doesn't--and this experience has made it clear where you stand. read more

The facial was amazing, and the gal who did it was so sweet and wonderful! Nothing but praise for her. However, I brought in a gift card and upon checkout (with another staff member) was told the balance was $0. Strange, as I just took it out of the package. So, I asked if maybe it was expired, and the woman at the counter said it wasn't, and that it was just a $0 balance. Okay annoying (& confusing), but not the end of the world. I was happy to pay, and yet the woman at the counter made me feel as if I was trying to pull a fast one on he- so awkward. Most establishments would at least be kind about an awkward situation, maybe even try to make it right.. but apparently not this lady. Then she rings me up, I go on my way. She calls back to let me know she charged the wrong amount (she had charged 60 when it was 90). You think again she would be so apologetic and friendly, but no. Totally unfriendly and lacking any people skills. She messed up the charge, not me, and yet again I'm made to feel like I'm the problem. I generally never leave bad reviews, and after many years working in the service industry I try to be graceful. I do understand mistakes happen, but what a bummer way to end my service. The team is very nice, but the polish is not well or neatly applied. My nails were filed in inconsistent shapes. Both gel manicures chipped within the week. Gel manicures I have received elsewhere usually last 3 weeks without chipping. They will move the UV light and put it in your face which is uncomfortable for the eyes. read more

I am sitting at home alone, feeling delightfully relaxed and looking gorgeous. My face is professionally made up, and I surprisingly don't look the least bit like Tammy Faye Baker. Under my smoky eyes and primed and perfected skin tone, my skin has been masked, moisturized, and microdermabrasioned to a silky smooth luster. But wait, there's more! My body has been pummeled and oiled into langorous submission, and my feet - well, my feet were treated better today than a hot stripper at a lumberjack convention. All for $110 (plus tips), thanks to Living Social and a little foresight on my part. Further, everybody in this pampering oasis was incredibly friendly (not always a given in the spa world) and I left without being harangued into purchasing any product. My only problem? I first went here for a manicure for a friends wedding. The manicure was excellent and she even fixed a chip in my toe nail polish for free. All the girls (and a couple guys) that work here are super friendly and fun to chat with. I also had a full body,one hour massage done here and it was heavenly! I have gone here for years. Unfortunately, it has really gone downhill. I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, a month ago, the color came out almost black on my fair skin. I called and asked for a correction, she told me there was nothing that could be done, that they would lighten. I told her I thought they could strip the color and redo and she said yes they could do that. She was quite rude and irritated. Why lie? They really don't seem to care about the quality of the service. I went in today just for a brow wax, she didn't clean the area like usual or put any lavender or aloe on afterwards, just quick wax and done. I had to come home and pluck more hairs out. I was looking to have under eye filler done and came across ReJuv Medspa. I was curious in the products they used and had some questions so I called and spoke with the manager MULTIPLE times. She informed on the products, pricing, etc. She told me they have a payment plan, greensky which I applied for intending to use on under eye filler. I made the appointment a couple weeks in advance. I used PTO to take a long lunch and drove over from Caldwell. When I got there I checked in, filled out all the paper work (for fillers) and was called back. Once in the room the nurse who was going to be doing my procedure came and asked what type of filler I was having done. I said under eye and she stated that they did not do under eye filler! I was frustrated but she was very understanding and went to speak with the manager ( who I spoke with previously on the phone but never came to apologize or talk to me while I was there) and offered me 12 free units of Botox, which I happily accepted. BUt remember that payment plan greensky, the one I planned to pay with. Well three months later, no joke THREE months they decided to charge over $300 to it! The crazy thing is I checked it the first two months just to make sure it didn't get charged. I only found out because greensky called me. They charged the account two weeks before it expired. Nobody called me to let me know, they just charged it. I called to dispute the charges and they (ReJuv) wouldn't do anything about it. Needless to say I would never go back or recommend it. Truly terrible service. I was fortunate enough to get a gift card for a massage for Christmas last year. Despite a dozen attempts to set up an appointment, they refuse to schedule me, no matter how far out I attempted to schedule it. The receptionist didn't care at all, and was absurdly rude. They refuse to refund the money, but won't honor the card. They really suck and I recommend you ask a homeless person to rub you down-- the experience will undoubtedly be more pleasant. read more

I got my hair highlighted/weaved couple weeks ago and I am still very dissapointed, it is brassy, I asked my "stylist" to do a toner and she said that would not help at all...she's lying, I've always had that done to help w/ it for 13 years!!! & also I asked for the crown/my roots that was being bleached to match the rest and she said to just come back in a month...I am embarrassed to go to work and walk around w/ half & half hair!!!!!
