I've been coming here (for spray tans) for over 2 years, usually on Tuesday nights. A small while back I was getting ready to pay with my American Express card and it kept declining. The receptionist wasn't very helpful and looked at me as if I was a problem until eventually she told me that they don't accept American Express. No problem, I ended up using a different card or Apple Pay. However since this one time, every time I try to pay with a card it declines regardless if it's a visa, credit or debit, etc. I've tried with other payment types and it seems to decline all of them regardless. It's not an issue for me to pay with cash, however I prefer to pay with card as I write off my expenses here for taxes and it keeps me organized to pay with card. Last night I came in as usual and noticed the stickers available so while she was ringing me up I'd said I'd also like to grab a sticker (I didn't know they were free) and she looks at me (again, condescendingly) and says they're free. After, the usual issue ensues where all my cards and all the cards in my wallet on Apple Pay decline. I tell her I'm not sure what's wrong because I don't experience this anywhere else to which she replied, "and you're the only person that we have this issue with so I don't know what the problem is" It's not that I have an issue with the problem occurring but the lack of courtesy and/or trying to find or offer a solution. Simply put, she was unnecessarily rude to me on multiple occasions.

No terms & conditions were shown to me or provided to me in writing. Brianna made me sign something electronically which I shouldn't have done because she didn't tell me what it was. After waiting an hour for my appointment, Brianna then said they couldn't provide the treatment because their equipment wasn't working and she didn't know what to do, so I left stating I wanted a refund. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. Now the store isn't answering my calls. If the issue is resolved, I will update my review to reflect that.
