This place is good and the customer service is excellent. But they're advertising needs a little bit of work because they sent me a text message saying 15% off of any purchase. So I scheduled an appointment early in the morning for a spray tan thinking I will get 15% off, just for me to go in there and for them to tell me it only applies to products they sell. Brianna provided me with incorrect pricing information, then proceeded to charge my credit card PRIOR to informing me of all of the terms & conditions of the cryotherapy membership including the fact that they do not give refunds. No terms & conditions were shown to me or provided to me in writing. Brianna made me sign something electronically which I shouldn't have done because she didn't tell me what it was. After waiting an hour for my appointment, Brianna then said they couldn't provide the treatment because their equipment wasn't working and she didn't know what to do, so I left stating I wanted a refund. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. Now the store isn't answering my calls. If the issue is resolved, I will update my review to reflect that. read more

Simply cannot recommend this establishment. Too many honest business owners out there that I can give my business to. Unfortunately, almost two years of being a client of theirs came to a surprising and disappointing end when I gave notice of my intent to cancel my membership. I continued to be charged past my end date and even after talking with SEVERAL associates who promised to handle this, I continued to be charged for services I was no longer using, and a refund was systematically denied. I cannot help but believe this is standard business practice as others have also had the same thing occur. Salon is clean and well equipped with modern tanning beds and supplies. I was there, I applied the spray and the next day it was completely gone. I waited 16 hours without showering and called the next day explaining that I didn't have any leftover spray and they didn't want to give me my money back. I paid 75 dollars for nothing. If you don't use the spray, they won't give you your money back. Don't do anything there. read more

Yami is a total sweetheart and has the BEST customer service I've probably ever experienced anywhere. On top of that, every employee there is beyond sweet and you feel like family as soon as you walk in. The salon itself is always so clean and they always seem to have the best lotion selection. Update: I recently went in and tanned as well as did the cryotherapy! Pretty awesome! I was a tad nervous but Yami put my nerves to ease. She explained it all and I handled my profile and it was simple and easy! I felt so refreshed immediately after and it gave me a boost of energy for the rest of my appointments for the day. I also love all the benefits cryo helps with! I've been raving about it to everyone I know who could also benefit from this!i highly recommend! Also Yami is the person I prefer to have my tan done by! She is thorough and does a quality job! I'm just so bummed that I'm moving away to Florida this June and won't be at a place with awesome owners/staff and too quality equipment for the valley. I'm young, but I see a rheumatologist for a swollen knee that happened out of no where. I also have joint pain in my hands and feet. I was put on meds since November and they literally did nothing. I started cryotherapy in January and after 6 sessions, I don't have to wear a brace anymore! I have a follow up with my doctor in a week to tell her I don't think I need meds anymore. The employees are nice, beds are decent, but after having a membership here for the past year it ended in disappointment. They are all about the money and commission. When I first signed on, I mean I guess I fell for the "sales pitch" I let it be known I was trying to get pregnant. "Oh, in that case of scenario Honey I am sure we can work something out when it comes to canceling". (Also, keep in mind most employees are Mom's). My beautiful, happy day finally came and I let them know right when I found out. Let's just say it's been almost 6 weeks since I told them-they still charged me over $100 for my membership (which I have not used. (And don't try to defend yourselves by offering spray tans. There aren't enough studies out there to prove spray-on tans are healthy for the baby. I don't care what the employees say. Look it up. Our skin absorbs everything directly into our bloodstream, not to mention breathing it in). I wouldn't be surprised if I get charged again. You are better off canceling your card than being "robbed". Love the concept of this place but got ripped off on the count that things weren't explained well at all when it comes to money. I paid for 5 x sessions of platinum are $119 plus 1 x Cryo $75 So before tax I paid $194, on 8/9/2020. Then I read that to become a member you have to pay $159 for 1 month of usage first before you can pay a fee of $119 per month. And there is a special for Cryo for $35 for members only. After I paid but before I used services I brought this up as a question as the $159/$119 member thing wasn't brought up at all or offered in any way. It was THEN explained to me the above. So I said can my paid amount be reallocated to the $159 month starter so that I can get going with membership? The answer is no. No refunds and pointed to the hand written sign on the card terminal. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking for flexibility with the payment made. $194 -$159 = $35 and would have gladly paid the extra $40 for the Cryo that I wanted. The lack of adequacy surrounding shiesty finances is lovely. Thanks so much for 1) failing to explain and 2) not having an ounce of customer service surrounding this. You would have got more money out of me by doing the right thing - as a manager of a hospital myself, I was expecting a different customer service I guess. read more

Extremely expensive! Old old bulbs the owner refuses to change them! Her own employees say she won't change them. Even bulbs that blow out she takes a year To replace . Run don't waste your money here !! Go on McDowell me time spa. She will act like nobody likes me time spa but they are excellent and offer every single spa service as well! You can't beat 49 a month to tan unlimited !! I sent three people from her salon to me time and they are now members loving the services ! Review update. Awesome awesome customer service! So the Luke base had a Bodybuilding comp show and Miss Yami and her team were back to back tanning. Unfortunately product they used had come off over night for all the competitors that went to get tanned by her. When we let her know what had happened, with no hesitation, no questioning, no trying to back up any excuses.. She immediately sent one of her girls (who is a spouse) to come on base to retouch up our tan. Unbelievable fantastic service this team provided. Oh and yes for free. Went in to try out the premium bed and it was amazing! The bulbs are definitely strong and unkept. I did enjoy the stand up but was super impressed by the premium lay down bed! Yami and Bailey the salon manager were so nice and knowledgeable. This salon is a gem in the West Valley! I would highly recommend the vanish lotion by designer skin not only is it cruelty free but it also correct sunspots. The premium bed is a bit pricey but it is worth the price. I typically have a girl that comes out to my house to get a spray tan, but she didn't have availability that day & I really needed my spray tan for a photoshoot. Decided to give this place a shot, and the first thing that threw me off was their single spray session was way overpriced, but I still went through with it. The girl who did the spray was very nice & she did a good job. However, the solution they use was not the right golden color I was hoping for & it started coming off really quickly & unevenly.
