She was very patient and knowledgeable, her ability to get my account information updated and get me into a bed was awesome. She had mentioned that she was recently out of training, with that being said, she recognized what had to be done without hesitation. They will not answer their phone, emails and the folks working at the counter have no power, all they can do is refer me to the email address.
