If you are thinking about getting a work done here absolutely do not go to this place. Aimee who…read moredid my tattoo over overcharged me and I paid over $500 for a insanely horrible wrist tattoo that is crooked and 2 weeks later most of it is already fading. I wrote a honest review with pictures on her Instagram, but she has since deleted them and then blocked me because she does not want to have any negative comments regarding her business. She wants to continue to fool people to get them to come there and pay insanely outrageous prices for insanely horrible work. yelp it's not allowing me to post a picture but if there's I can find that it does allow me to picture. I will post photos for everyone to see. Do not go here.

This is not the place for a tattoo. Got mine about 2 years ago and was hesitant to write a review…read moreat the time. The lines aren't very even, fades too quickly (I know fine line tattoos fade but they shouldn't fade as quickly as mine did). The tattoo was fading while healing. I mean within days of getting the tattoo. I politely asked for a touch up and explained my situation and issue with the fading. She seemed super condescending over text about my issues and I felt super unwelcome. I was unaware that you are charged for the first touch up (she told me I may need one and every artist I've been to do not charge for the first touch up). When I went to get the touch up she barely said one word to me and her demeanor was extremely off the whole time. My request and issues were not supposed to be a dig at her work but it seems she took it that way and treated me differently than I've seen her with other customers. All I was doing was advocating for a piece that I paid and tipped for. Something that is on my body forever. Even after the touch up it has still faded beyond what I think it should have. I haven't gone back since.

After months of spray tanning fit into my schedule, my routine is 2x per week I shower after work,…read moreput on the lotion for the salon, and run over there in clothes to sleep in. Then I go home and just in bed, shower in the morning, and am happier when I look on the mirror. At the end of a bad day, self care is amazing. Yesterday I was told that my package expired the day before. And she could not offer me a tan unless I pay money right now. That's 2x every week that someone could have said something when I came in. So I was standing there half dressed after running there without my wallet starring into the eyes of a child that doesn't even know yet what it feels like to actually Need selfcare, telling me oh well. It was 840pm and she had someone waiting for her outside again. It was such a let down and a disappointment. But the disappointment was in myself for expecting any personal service for my money, and that the next generation of women could be better than the last. (I don't miss living with my parents and not having bills....) I started going in for spray tans in February in West Salem. They had nice comfortable rooms and friendly, knowledge girls. Only problem is people do not answer the telephone. When I discovered the South Salem location closer to my house, I took a chance and paid 200 for 3months of spray tanning and another 50 of lotions that were supposed to help the spray last longer. It doesn't, but lotions moisturize. This location isn't as nice; smaller rooms and no shelves. From May-July I went 2x per week. I meet 4 employees: 3 blonde hair blue eyed girls and 1 with dark hair and blue eyes. The brunette was always working, not one time did I come or go and see her sitting and messing with her phone. She was the only person that I ever saw use the vacuum. And the other 3 girls- Not one time did I ever see any of them anywhere but sitting behind the counter. Never cleaning, never trying to upsell, just sitting there talking to each other or on their phones. I say all of this because the Very Least thing your employees could being doing while sitting there is to to call clients BEFORE their packages expire. And you should provide a free session when the person is not notified. You're paying these people anyway. Why would you have such a nice business reputation and such horrible customer service? I love the spray tanning, but you may want to find a nicer location with customer service. Beauty is still only skin deep.

How a business treats their customers, or stands behinds their service and products can say a lot…read more They recently did eyelashes for my daughter, and the work was visibly uneven. They offered to 'fix' them for an additional $40, or remove without a refund. It doesn't matter if you are certified, if your work is sloppy. I would avoid this place at all costs. Their are much better services who stand behind their work.

Horrible! I don't even want to give them 1 star. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB…read more I got pink eye and a stye after getting lash extensions here!! When I told the tech, she blamed me for having dry eyes. She is the only person I've ever gone to, I'm new to town and have never gotten eye lashes put on before. So I thought "she's the professional, maybe I did do something wrong" and I gave her another chance. After 1 week and $80, 90% of my lashes fell off. She said it was the humidity and I wasn't caring for them correctly. I followed her directions to a T. I guess I'm naive, but I believed her and gave her another chance (again). Then it happened again. 90% of my lashes gone in 8 days!! When I expressed my concern to the technician, AGAIN she told me it was my fault and then blocked me on Facebook. I have other serious concerns, but yelp is not the appropriate place and I will report them to the state. When I called the owner she pretty much called me a liar and told me "I can refer you to another technician but can't guarantee their pricing." I said "I'm not asking for a referral, aren't you going to do something about this?" she then told me "No, I'm taking my technicians side. Just because you don't like her doesn't mean you can complain". It has NOTHING to do with not liking her! I liked her that's why I continued to go to her even after getting pink eye. It has to do with accountability and professionalism. I've never written a complaint against anyone before because I believe in the benefit of the doubt and treating others the way I wish to be treated. I am shocked at the way I was treated. I'm in tears. I can't even form the words to express how hurt I am physically, financially and emotionally. I don't know what else to do other than share my story in hopes of helping other people avoid this treatment and report the studio for causing harm with no plan of correction.
