Siera does such a great job cutting my kiddos hair that strangers stop us on the streets to give complements on the hair. The salon is quiet, clean, and perfect for a stress-free cut! read more

I've taken my son to Sierra a few times now. My son has a hard time accepting new people and settings at first and sitting still. The first time he sat on my lap, then every other time sat on his own and talked to sierra, watched his shows and had a blast. Now he asks me to go to the "hair cut store" when he wants to go out and play. read more

My sweet 18 month old son had his very first haircut here today! We will never be going anywhere else, Siera was so sweet and gentle with him! My kiddo is normally very scared and shy but he was perfectly comfortable with Siera. She gave him toys, out his favorite movie on the tv, and her work was quick and flawless! Our go-to for sure :) read more

Another fantastic local business! We are regulars here now for our 4 yr old boy and he feels really at ease! The Go-Kart, Car and there is a Rocking Horse seat for the kids to sit in. There is now a 19 in TV at each station so the kids can watch a children's movie of their choosing while they are getting their trim. For the parents there is a play room for those with multiple kids and the building is connected with a Consignment shop and kids toy store all in one... Great little shop! If you have a nervous child that doesnt like haircuts at SuperCuts or GreatClips... this is a refreshing and relaxing place. Money well worth it NOT to have to wait in line at those other places. read more

I took my 2 year old daughter to see Siera for her very first haircut and it literally could not have gone any better! Siera was super sweet to my daughter and did an amazing job cutting her hair, even as my daughter was looking around and playing with the fun toys that the salon has. I'm so sad that we're moving out of state soon, because I don't want to have my daughter's hair cut anywhere else now! read more

I was 5-10 minutes late to my appointment due to downtown traffic and a VERY slow-moving train. Got there and was rudely informed I'd have to reschedule the appointment for my 2 year old as they didn't have time. This was at 5, they didn't close till 6, and there was no one else in the shop. This was the first time I've been to this location as I went to the other one before and was pleased. I took time off work to get my kid from daycare to take him to this. Was pretty angry after this encounter and won't be back. read more

Siera cut my sons hair for the first time (1 year old) and did such an excellent job! I wasn't sure how this was going to go down and if my son would actually sit through a haircut, but Siera was amazing! She had TV and toys to entertain my son and spoke to him in a playful manner, so there was no time for him to even think about crying. The little car chairs your child sits in are also a big plus, my son had a blast! I also got a little 1st haircut certificate with a lock of my baby's hair and was able to take as many pic and videos as I wanted. Very good overall experience today. read more

The first place my son hasn't screamed through the entire hair cut! Kasandra did an amazing job on his hair and was really patient with him. It cost $16 which seems expensive for Oregon, but for us it was totally worth it! My son loved getting to watch the movie and pick which chair he wanted to sit in. And the best part of it all was not a single tear or whine was shed! read more

I took my son here for his first haircut and thought they did a great job with his hair and he didn't cry once! Since then, I have had to take him to another place (no openings and needed a haircut for him asap) and he cried the whole time.. big mistake! The only downside (not really a huge downside tbh) is that you have to book pretty far in advance if you want a weekend haircut because spots fill up fast. This isn't really a walk in place at all, so make sure you plan ahead. read more

Today was the first of MANY trips to little angels salon! Our appointment wasn't until 11:30 but we got there a bit early and ended up being seen 10 minutes early and was out by 11:34! The salon was cute and cozy and cutely decorated. Brody was seated in a jeep seat, but a car and a horse were available too. There were lots of kids products available but REALLY expensive! Ines were awesome and the finished haircut was the best our son has ever had. We will be back! read more

This place is amazing! My 18 month old went in for his first hair cut where he got 3 personal certificates with locks of his hair(for each grandparents and us). The stylist was very professional patient and even was ok with having to cut his hair with me holding him towards the end. Love the personal tv for each hair station and the hot rod he really enjoyed driving read more

I took my four year old son to get his hair cut here and we had the BEST experience! My boy often has really tough time sitting still for hair appointments and gets nervous with the clippers buzzing. I can't say enough about how patient, gentle, kind, and quick Siera was. She has truly thought of every detail - from the chairs that are cars, to the tvs mounted on the wall with a movie (she even let my son choose out of two very age appropriate and interest appropriate options - it's very obvious that she is very in tune with children), to the toys when he needed a bit of a distraction. My son's hair looks absolutely wonderful. It was a great experience and we will be back. THANK YOU, SIERA! read more

This is the best place in Salem for kids to get a haircut! There is a very fun environment with cars the kids can sit in and relax. There is a four wheeler, hot rod and a horse! They have many movies that keep everyone happy. Overall I love this place! It's always fun to get a haircut and hang out! read more

We have been going to Little Angels for 4 years now and LOVE the attention my girls get. Both of my girls had first haircuts here, and Jenn was FANTASTIC with getting them to sit still all the while reassuring them and entertaining them. The sweet little certificates with their hair made me cry. Well worth the price tag! Now that my girls are older (3 & 5) they love getting to pick their movie and they are over the moon about the scented spray and sparkles. They also have received great "big girl" haircuts by both Jenn and her staff. Make sure you book well in advance - it's pretty common to have to reserve a spot a few weeks out. read more

My 8 and 4 year old daughters LOVE going to this salon. We have had Siera cut their hair twice and they have left super happy. The hair stylist adds sparkle and smelly spray for no additional charge. My girls love to smell like cotton candy and cupcakes! Happy kids = happy mom. You now have to enter a credit card number when you book online. This is because of all the people "no call/no showing". This is so sad. People cannot respect a local business enough to at least call to cancel? I do my best to support local and this salon has met my needs in every way. I will definitely be back! Hands down! read more

I am very disappointed after I recommended 2 friends. One told me the hairdresser cut her son's ear. The other one told me the hairdresser left the scissors next to her 3 year old daughter while walking away. And her 3 year old daughter was playing with the scissors trying to cut her own hair! Just plain out irresponsible. I will not recommend anyone here ever until they either get someone new or things change here. read more

We took our daughter here for her very first hair cut. Jen did an excellent job working with a 2 year old and made the whole experience very special. We got a bunch of pictures. They also have a little play area for kids and cool chairs for the kids to sit in while getting their hair cut. This is definitely a great place to take your kids! read more

Great place to get your child's first hair cut! The staff is amazing, and they make you feel so welcomed even if your child is loud like mine was. So kid friendly I'm still amazed. Will be going back! Everything about this business is just fantastic:) read more

So happy to have such a wonderful, fun children's place in Salem!!! My daughter LOVES to get her "hair done" there and remembers the experience every time. Jen is always so sweet and wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone! read more

This place is awesome! We have been going here for years. I used to dread getting my sons hair cut. My now 7 year old was actually kicked out of other haircut places when he was a toddler because he had such a hard time with haircuts. No one took their time with him or seemed to care that he was totally freaked out...until Little Angels! Jenn has been wonderful. My oldest loves getting haircuts. When my youngest has occasional crying fits, she distracts him and coaxes him out of it easily. They love her...thus so do I! read more

My kids really enjoyed their first visit! They loved the special touches like glitter and cupcake scent in my daughters hair and chocolate scented gel in my sons hair. The play area kept both of them entertained while they waited. I purchased a leave in conditioner and detangler brush and both are super awesome! read more

Please all friends and family that have kids do not book CRAIG at Little Angels kid salon to do your childs hair. He clearly doesn't know how to cut hair or listen to how the parents want the hair done. We all know i love owens long hair and curls, i mean it took sierra a year to let me get his first trim (which was amazing and by siera from little angels kid salon). Well today we decided to get it trimmed again.. Craig started to ask how we wanted the cut. We said "just a trim, We love his curls and want it all the same length". He than replied "oh okay all the same length and keep the curls". About 5 or so minutes into it sierra and i notice it looks a little short. We cant really tell much he cut it from the bottom up so all his long hair on top was down covering it. After about 7 minutes Craig cut himself and walked away to get a bandaid. I immediately started inspecting owens hair and realized it was shorter than we wanted and it was uneven. Pieces were shorter than others in about 5 different spots and that's not including the top of his head which wasn't trimmed yet. I told him i was unhappy and that i noticed it was all hacked. He said he was sorry several times and told sierra he had his last customers haircut style on his mind. He said that the payment was on him and also slipped me some $13.00 in ones. At this point i ask for his manager to get the situation resolved since I didn't want him finishing the haircut. JEN the owner came over and saw how bad it was and started to fix it. We explain we just wanted a trim and to keep his curls. She tells us "at this point we have to keep the bottom short to make it all even until it grows out". She was amazing and explained how sorry she was about the situation and did everything she could to fix it. This is in no way bashing the company because Jen and Siera are wonderful but i would hate for anyone else to have the same experience with Craig. read more

We love going here! Jen is so awesome with my little boys and giving them great haircuts! They actually hold still long enough to get a haircut with all of the cool things they have to help distract them and have a happy haircut experience! read more

Horrible customer service. These people have no business working with kids. No smiles at all. " trash" category of people.
