When I brought it to the business's attention to request a refund they refused, even though I hadn't yet left the store and didn't get to use even a drop of product out of the bottle. Instead the worker gave me another bottle of product that looked like it had been used. Less than a week later I again tried to use the replacement bottle of lotion at the same business, and the pump has the same issue as the first. Despite the obvious flaw that makes the product unusable the owner still refused to refund me. I'm stuck with a $60 bottle of lotion that can't be used. Worst of all, the first faulty bottle is right back on the shelf waiting to rob another person of their hard-earned $60.

Got married & moved 40 minutes away from the closest PBT but kept the hold (small service fee that can be used as credit) on the account in HOPES of one day starting it back up - ONE DAY never came. Staff has ALWAYS been NICE & ALWAYS SUPER HELPFUL & VERY patient with beginner tanners. Last night I finally decided to cancel (close to closing I was in the area for a meeting & went in & the staff as always came to my rescue & helped me cancel - didn't look at me crossed-eyed - and carefully helped me spend my credit on products.

However, I was extremely disappointed to make the trip down to Calvert County to the Dunkirk salon to learn that the AC was broke(this was almost two weeks ago now?). There was no warning on facebook at all, which I believe it should have been. So I tanned, and was only able to do a few minutes due to the heat in the building and the bed. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience. So I wait some time in between my tans, return a week later...and still no AC! Once again, I made the trip down there and the salon had no AC and was still just as miserable. Now I know that broken AC happens, but if they are going to use Facebook to update their clients on the store statuses, they should have warned people about the AC before people make the drive.

FYI ONCE SPRAY WAS $35. On Valentine's Day they are doing them for $30. The lady at the front desk was really lovely, I might misspell this but her name was Kryssia! She took the time to explain to me how their spray tans work, from light to medium to dark. You an also add an accelerator or scent or even extra bronze! She showed me how the machine works since I was a little bit nervous to repeat a Ross Galler situation (if you don't get that reference, I can't help you) and talk to me through using the hairnet and I really liked how they had temporary shoes peel off a couple tabs and they stick right to the bottom of your foot so you don't have to experience any ick! The machine wanted itself so you weren't freezing, and had built-in drying. I have to say the machine made a couple noises probably an older machine, but I'm excited to see if it did the trick. I will certainly be returning and try the medium since I opted for the late and didn't want to overdo it on my first try.
