So basically because she didn't want to do extra work or get out of work later than 5pm that I get to leave an unhappy costumer and go on my vacation to myrtle beach tomorrow morning before they even open super pale!! (which I'm not sure when spray tans take 20+ mins per person all of a sudden anyways). Very disappointing that it seems costumer service is not a thing for some people now a days. Not to mention every time I see this young lady working she's constantly on her cell phone. ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens. This place is the absolute pinnacle of scams! They charge you $75 just to start an account with…read morethem. They then charge you $60 a month for a tanning membership and if you wish to cancel, they can't cancel your account until the end of the month because "it just doesn't work that way". The lady at the front desk was absolutely incompetent and has spent way too much time watching the real housewives. I also just learned that when you request you cancel, they try and scam you into placing your account into a "freeze status" in which they charge you $7.50 a month to keep it on hold so that you do not have to repay the $75 activation fee if you decide to come back one day. They prey on a particular group of people so please do yourself a favor and avoid this place to save yourself and your wallet.

When I brought it to the business's attention to request a refund they refused, even though I hadn't yet left the store and didn't get to use even a drop of product out of the bottle. Instead the worker gave me another bottle of product that looked like it had been used. Less than a week later I again tried to use the replacement bottle of lotion at the same business, and the pump has the same issue as the first. Despite the obvious flaw that makes the product unusable the owner still refused to refund me. I'm stuck with a $60 bottle of lotion that can't be used. Worst of all, the first faulty bottle is right back on the shelf waiting to rob another person of their hard-earned $60.

It was an extremely uncomfortable experience. So I wait some time in between my tans, return a week later...and still no AC! Once again, I made the trip down there and the salon had no AC and was still just as miserable. Now I know that broken AC happens, but if they are going to use Facebook to update their clients on the store statuses, they should have warned people about the AC before people make the drive.

When I first walked in, we were greeted by a staff member who showed us around the facility. The facility isn't kept up well. The upholstery on the lone massager chair was deeply cracked. The rooms are quite small and there's rust on some of the trim. When you open the door to the tank, theres a slight smell that reminds me of mildew. The tank in itself was clean which is good and the water was a comfortable temperature. Floating was surprisingly easy and my body felt more relaxed. Overall, I think floating isn't part of my journey and this facility needs some updating including better ventilation to mitigate viruses.
