The OWNER comes out and VERY rudely TOLD us we can't park there unless we go in. I didn't see anyone beating down her door to go in but alright. Because my friend and I are bigger girls and she was skinny and blond I felt discriminated and judged. Let's just say they won't be getting our business or ANY good reviews. Then cam hurricane Irma, and they were forced to close foe a week. They made the decision to not extend monthly accounts. This sadden me for a small business to care so little about their own area that supports them they that would not extend the courtesy for their clients. So they are not there to provide a client based service, they are only there to make money, not to help or provide professional service, I did go down the street though and found a place that charges 1/2 the price, beds are good and guess what she honored that week with no power, in addition I called other tanning beds in the surrounding are and they all took care of their clients. I have complained about it before... long before the merge and many other customers apparently have as well, yet nothing seems to improve. Even some staff members have acknowledged that customers frequently complain about the weak beds and overdue bulb replacements. Despite this, the prices remain the same. If you're paying for a tanning membership, you should expect properly maintained equipment and consistent results. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location.
