After a quick cleaning, placing the mouth opener, and a "before" photo, I settled into the recliner while Abby applied the whitener and set up the lamp. She offered options to listen to relaxing music, enjoy a book, or use my phone during the session. She also was attentive to my needs, checking in often to ensure I was comfortable and the equipment stayed in place. Since I've experienced some tooth sensitivity in the past, we decided on three 15-minute applications instead of four and I'm happy to report, I haven't had any sensitivity from the procedure. I had my first IPL treatment on my face and chest a month ago for sun damage and freckles. I can't stop telling everyone how wonderful this treatment works. My skin looks 10 years younger. Nora is awesome.....she explained exactly what to expect before and after treatment. She is very thorough during your treatment and took her time to make sure that all of the areas being treated with the laser were covered. Another great thing is ESL's pricing.....they are very fair. I have struggled with acne scarring and pigment issues for most of my adult life and Nora has been the best thing to happen to my skin. After gaining some of that weight back on I decided to go to Balance Spa. This time I am doing nothing different, am on the same dose but my appetite has not decreased and I have not lost a single pound! I don't know if they use an inferior product, its expired or transported or stored incorrectly but DO NOT waste your money on weight-loss programs at this business! I will add this review is only for my weight-loss experience as I haven't tried and other services.
