This place is one of the best place to eat in Rome. The food is great and the service was excellent. The risotto with mushrooms was excellent and the brochettes was very tasty also the shrimp scampi

I know I'm going to be in the minority on this one, but I wasn't as good as I wanted to be. We got the meatball sub and I just wanted it to be amazing because it looks so impressive. In truth, the ratio was off--a lot more bread than meat (don't let the photos fool you). The entire 1/3rd of the sandwich was just bread. The meatball itself is an interesting texture (this, I liked). It really is a mix of meats in ball shape and not ground beef. However, it was very salty. This coming from some who practically drinks soy sauce. So, I would say, skip it? I think there are probably better meatballs out there.
Looks like a simple pasta takeout spot that is open very late so went in for a quick bite. Pasta dishes are for their known ragu sauce. I opted for the fuscrilla (twisty) pasta with ragu meat sauce. Wow the ragu sauce was so good, maybe the best I ever had! Great prices and it's nice to have a late option would recommend! read more

This is a blatant tourist trap with average (American standards) Italian food. Don't waste your euros here, it's a 2 star Italian restaurant, in Italy! House wine has no flavor, bruschetta was missing olive oil, salt and juice in the tomato's. My manfredi Ragu was fine but heavy. I didn't finish it. They play American music, play American stereotypical "Italian" movies and the waiters speak English. Our hotel and other Yelp reviews led us here but we won't come back. read more

This place is fun and on a very busy street(alley). It is good but not even close to other italian restaurants I have had thenpleasure to have visited. The spaghetti was good, but how hard is it to make?! The shortribs were salty and heavy. The steak was "whatever", but the lettuce was good and crispy. But how hard is it to put some olive oil on lettuce?! The service was good enough. Maybe I'm too critical, why is this place so busy? ALL the patrons where tourist. ALL. I need to find where the locals go! read more

Ate here one night because it was close to my b&b, and so glad I did. It's a tiny little place where you can dine in at one of a few tables or grab food to go. As it's close to the university, there are lots of college kids roaming around pounding Peronis. I got polpette sandwhich and some gnocchi. You really can't beat the prices and the food was really tasty. To note, they do have an English menu posted for those who don't speak Italian. read more
