A couple of suggestions for improvement: when the thali is served, it would be helpful if the person presenting it could briefly explain each dish and perhaps suggest how certain items are traditionally paired or eaten. That would make the experience even more immersive, especially for those unfamiliar with Rajasthani cuisine. Also, the plate felt a bit small for the number of ramekins. There was very little room left for the rice, and the chutney and pickle kept sliding underneath the ramekins, making things a bit messy. A slightly larger plate would make the meal much more comfortable to enjoy. Finally, please continue hosting thali festivals featuring cuisines from different regions of India. The only reason for 2 starts and not 1 is because the flavor of the curry was actually pretty good, but as noted in other reviews, not as spicy as one would hope. Again, I have no idea how this place survives in an area so densely populated with Indians. My recommendation is, go to Maurya or Madras Dosa Corner for good Hyderabadi food.
