Several important details I had provided were not reflected accurately in the paperwork -- including missing creditors, timeshares, and updates that I specifically notified them about. I trusted that these corrections would be made, and unfortunately some were never updated. Toward the end, I spoke to someone who assured me the changes would be made, but I never received a follow-up and the corrections were never completed. There was also confusion regarding my reaffirmation, and I was transferred to someone who didn't seem knowledgeable about the process, which added more stress to an already overwhelming situation. Another concern was the fact that I initially consulted with one lawyer (the reason I chose the firm), but throughout the process I ended up being handed off to two different attorneys I had never spoken with before. I found that unprofessional and disconnecting, especially for something as personal and important as bankruptcy. Overall, my case did get completed and finalized, but I believe the experience could have been much smoother with better attention to detail and more consistent communication.
