When I confronted them about why they have me blocked they said it must be a problem with their line and no one blocked me . Ya never referring anyone. I wanted a cut & color, but when trying to book, instead of being able to reserve an appointment based on the services you want (like most salons nowadays -- hello, it's 2025) or even having a main salon number to call -- you get sent to a page with each stylist's individual numbers. I contacted 4 people, and reached a voicemail each time. I recently moved into town, and was looking forward to being a few blocks away from this salon so I could make it my "regular" spot, but looks like that won't be the case. Firstly, she will over charge you and come up with prices on the spot that are ridiculously expensive. For example to do a keratin treatment it was 200$ the first two times. Then, the third time (a year later) she said it's 400$ and I told her about how much I paid last time she charge 200 and she said no it wasn't. However I know for a fact I wouldn't pay more since 200 is a lot already! Secondly, the quality of the services she provide is hit or miss but only miss toward the last 5 appointments. She is not good at cutting curly hair and with balayage with darker hair she always left it orange for me and others i've witnessed. I found she is good in the beginning when she was trying to impress a new client and get us to come back but over time she over charged and under performed. Some of it depends on the number of people and whether she is rushing to finish you for the next person which happened a lot! She can split the attention of your appointment with other people if you book on weekends which isn't the end of the world but isn't pleasant and can feel like she isn't paying attention to what she is doing. Lastly but most importantly; the overcharging got out of hand and was taken advantaging of us being regulars. She would come up with a random price and each time it started getting more expensive and once I planned to color my hair she told me 180-250 and then it was over 300. Simply put, it was WAY overpriced since I have paid half or almost half for every service I had at the salon at my new salon. (never got a receipt and was always asked to pay cash) The service wasn't great and the quality was varied.

Two days later after washing my hair chunks came out and I took pictures I contacted Tina and she blamed it on the weather and my thyroid's I actually went to my doctors office a month prior and got my bloodwork done and everything is normal.
