I now have fluid built up in between my shoulder blades where it's squishy from soft tissue damage. The solid bruise is starting to come through. I hurt so bad last night that I woke up at 2:30am and was up until 5am dealing with the back pain. I will go see the doctor after work because the fluid build up is scaring me. I've also been watching my urine to make sure it doesn't turn dark. Before I left he said "I hope your back won't be too sore." So he knew he stepped over the boundaries of massage.
