I showed her a picture of a style I liked and she agreed it would work for my fine, gray hair. The cut is exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. I feel bad writing this review because they were nice people but this is literally the worst…read moremanicure/pedicure I've ever received. It felt rushed and they're extremely sloppy. My nails were already short and she cut them in such a weird shape I have no choice but to cut them even shorter to try and fix them. The chrome which was an extra $10 doesn't even cover my nail bed completely and is bubbly. I almost never get my nails done so this was a treat to myself for Mother's Day photos I have coming up and I'm just so bummed that they look so terrible.
