Came here today after breakfast but they weren't open for another 15 minutes. I parked off to the…read moreside and walked up the driveway to the right to look at evergreens. I went back up again when my mom asked me about a specific tree. When I returned the second time I was informed by one of the workers, who was opening the gate, that I shouldn't have been walking around up there. She told my mom, who was sitting in the car, the same thing a minute before. There are no signs posted stating as much nor was there a gate or cable across this driveway. If there had been we would have waited in our car for the business to open. Furthermore, I resent the implication that I'm dishonest and would steal a tree, bush or other merchandise before they were opened. I'm a thoroughly honest person who was simply being her mother's eyes as we look for trees for a landscaping project. Given the worker's snarky, condescending attitude we will be spending our landscaping budget elsewhere.

TJ was awesome- at first we could not find what I was looking for so he was determined to make my memoriam a reality. He gave my wife and I instructions on how we could grow lilac bushes from her plants and it would be like taking a part of her home with us. The Good and the Bad…read more Don't let the nice staff fool you; this company will not stand behind their product quality, or provide a meaningful warranty (and make sure you get clarification in writing before purchasing a warranty). Purchased two large orders this summer (2022) and here's my experience: Good * Pleasant staff (2nd star is for them) Bad * Follow-through, responsiveness * Verbally told warranty 1 year, later told it was 8wks * Plants not healthy, some failed within two days. Offered to replace at 50% cost. * Ordered plywood to be used to protect new grass; not used at install day.
