I would give them zero stars if I could. The margarita machine was broken, and I had to text and call several times to have someone return and fix the machine. He left before I'd run back (none of the alcohol was salvageable), but we followed his directions to a tee, including using hot water to ensure everything mixed prior to freezing. Shocker - the machine still didn't work. The next day, I waited all day for someone to pick the machine up. By 9 pm, after multiple texts, emails, phone calls (the 1709 number goes to voicemail every time by the way), I never got through to an employee or anyone at the company. I finally received an email response a full date late from their generic email saying the machine would be picked up today and asking for screenshots of the abusive texts, which I sent. I mentioned that we would need a refund, which no one has addressed. They should also refund us for the two rounds of alcohol we had to go out and buy (a handle of vodka and 10 bottles of rose), but I have low expectations from this dishonest group. I will report this company to the FTC. This is clearly not a legitimate business and it's impossible to reach anyone (half their emails kick back). They go by various names on various websites on social media so it's harder to leave a review and hold them accountable. You can't even leave comments on their facebook page, so it's clear they've had other unhappy customers. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to provide your party fun. UPDATE: The owner called and told me that I had texted the wrong number, despite the fact that I'd used the number he'd provided in the email. Even if the owner had provided the wrong number (which I doubt), the review stands. See the screenshots of my efforts trying to get a hold of anyone at the company. He did agree to provide a refund for the defective machine ONLY in 24 hours - I will update the review accordingly then. UPDATE 2: edited to remove the notes about the inappropriate employee. The owner had indeed provided the wrong number initially (I called the right number and the poor employee hadn't had any context). It unfortunately doesn't change the fact that the owner tried to convince me that this was somehow my fault, and that the company's main line and the other number never picked up. I rented a 20x20 tent several tables and many chairs plus lighting and even a bouncy boxing ring for attendees. I was at first concerned or nervous about the prepay schedule for special high demand dates but we worked it out. I really had nothing to worry about.. They went above and beyond in the delivery setup and product service... Even calling me the night before the event after setting it all up to make sure the lighting was adequate and offered to provide more if not.. But it was great sontheybdid not have too.
