She was less than helpful and despite her demeanor I still submitted a quote request, but no one has responded to my request. Nonetheless I decided to take my business elsewhere. I submitted a similar online request for two other companies and have already heard back. And, one company even suggested I give them a call to walk through my quote. It's unfortunate that AAA Party Rental continues to operate this way. Disappointing.

The entire pre-delivery process with painful, with their system sending out multiple quotes and contracts that contradicted one another (causing no small amount of confusion). Then, come time to pick up, the drivers attempted to pick up multiple times (according to AAA) but were unable to, resulting in additional charges to our account. But according to the event manager at the location, the drivers came to the public entrance and when they were directed to the delivery entrance they just disappeared. For that, I am being charged. Princess Parties of DC absolutely exceeded every expectation for my daughter's fourth birthday. We…read morehad "Moana" come to our house, and she completely made the party. From the moment she arrived, I barely had to do anything. She kept the kids entertained the entire hour and made it feel effortless. Moana (Lily!) was incredible. She played freeze tag with the kids, taught them a short hula dance, and led a parachute game that had everyone laughing and fully engaged. She even came prepared with a craft: the girls made princess crowns and the boys made superhero masks. Every child was included and having a blast. She took so many sweet photos with the kids and made each one feel special. I was so impressed with Lily's energy, professionalism, and warmth. Several parents came up to us afterward to say it was the best party they or their child had ever attended. This wasn't our first experience with Princess Parties of DC, and it's clear why they're so wonderful. The owner, Jacklyn, truly cares about the quality of her performers and the experience they create for families. I recommend them to everyone I know. If you're on the fence, book them.
