Tyler is so reliable--he was always punctual and never missed a scheduled visit. He quickly diagnosed and fixed 2 (maybe 3?) pond emergencies (heavy-duty overflows due to rain or other factors), coming over within a few hours of my frantic messages that the pond was overflowing into my yard, the neighbors yard and the sidewalk. He is talented, responsible, intelligent (every diagnosis he made when things weren't working perfectly was correct), friendly, reliable, and affordable.
