I made an 8:30pm appointment for my first spray tan with Ilona yesterday and it was absolutely awesome. I can't say I've attended any other spray tan, therefore I don't have anything to compare it to. Ilona is so sweet, and totally makes you feel comfortable knowing it's your first time doing the spray tan. She explains everything really clear at the beginning, putting on the sticky feet things, putting the barrier cream on the nails and dry spots. I decided to use the disposable underwear and go topless. She makes sure you are comfortable before she starts. I used the primer, and did a light to medium color. She told me she would mix the two. I was doing the tan for a wedding coming up this weekend. She told me how to keep the spray tan long enough for even over a week as well. I'm very fair skin, and I burn very easily in the sun. I was so afraid I'd turn orange, but that wasn't the case at all. I found it very welcoming that she texted me a day prior to the appointment in case I had any questions or concerns. She also told me dos and donts for prepping the skin and she explained to me a little bit about what was in the spray she would be using. Awesome customer service. I went last Friday to get a spray tan and I'm so glad I did. I made an appt. earlier in the week and the person who made the appointment was super nice. Ilona texted me the night before with instructions on how to get ready for the tan, which was helpful. When I arrived the woman in the front was welcoming and made me feel at home. So I recently went to get an airbrushed tan at the Boca Tanning Club location in South Miami. I purchased the package for the professional airbrushing and my airbrusher was Ilona. She was great! I showed up a little late to my appointment and she was very understandable. She also took her time and walked me through the entire process as I was getting airbrushed. From the very beginning, she made sure that the color I wanted was not too light or too dark but just right! She then took her time as she airbrushed me to show me the process as it unfolded. Even though I showed up late and because of some other issues, I wasted her time, she still gave me her undivided attention and took her time with the airbrush.
