My previous technician from another company advised against replacing the circuit board, but Matt recommended we go ahead--and I'm glad we did! He installed the new board, and now the tub works perfectly. Matt was attentive to our schedule, delivered excellent workmanship, and even showed up when he wasn't feeling well. That level of dedication speaks volumes about his professionalism and commitment. He is a great representation of your company. When the time comes for a new hot tub, I will absolutely purchase from Master Spas because of this experience. Highly recommend Matt and the team!

It was finally delivered in July, and we explained that the concrete slab we were having poured as part of our backyard project would not yet be done. No problem, we were told - and the hot tub was delivered to our garage. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery team was professional and helpful. They wrote on my receipt that a second move would be necessary so they could come ensure everything worked and all the features and processes explained (since we are new to this) once the pad was ready. When my project was completed two weeks later, I called to arrange that second move and was told "we don't do that" by the most unhelpful and rude customer service person ever. When I said - wait, it's written right on my receipt, you should have that record - he told me I was giving him "a little too much attitude for 9:15 on a Thursday morning." After he located the record that confirmed I was correct, (and after I picked my jaw up from the floor) he said "I suppose just because we don't normally do that doesn't mean we can't" - and he promised to have the delivery person call to set up a day and time. It's six weeks later and no phone call. Needless to say we had to pay someone else to move it for us and I figured out the system, chemicals and controls online. What a terrible way to reward someone who spent $12K with your company. The experience took the shine off the purchase for sure - and we have told EVERYONE we know who is considering a spa to STAY AWAY. And it's too bad, because it IS a nice spa....but wow. CAN NOT RECOMMEND - and I would NEVER do business with you again. Now I'm wondering who I can get to winterize it for me and reopen it without voiding my warranty - because no way am I putting myself through that again. I'd also like to add that this happened one day after a death in the family - so perhaps I sounded a bit upset - but regardless, that is no way to treat a customer. I'm just disgusted. Then, I reached out to their main office for customer service. They said they'd contact the Appleton store for a follow up. Two months later - not a word. In other words, no one cares. STAY AWAY.

    The store in Stevens Point should be call the Billiards People…read more We had bought some patio furniture last year and thought the could help us with a Hot Tub. We were planning on building a deck with a hot tub in the spring so in December we ordered a hut tub to be delivered to our house in late APRIL . The Pool people store manager suggested we ordered it to be delivered to Wisconsin ( either his main warehouse OR his store . We were gone until April and did not have room to hold it on our property . We get a call in March from their warehouse in Mosinee asking when we'd like the delivery. We told him at the end of April or early May . It was like he was NOT told by the Stevens Point store that we could NOT take delivery until we start construction in late April or early May . He did NOT understand and continued to try to schedule . He continued to complain that he did not have room . NOT OUR PROBLEM. We then told him to call the Steven Point manager who never forwarded the delivery instructions. That was just the beginning of poor customer service and how unorganized the Pool People company is . The manager at the Steven Point store continued to lie to us about what happened, like he didn't understand how anything could go wrong . HE HAD NEVER FORWARDED ANY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. That however was no excuse from the angry warehouse personnel. In early May we then arranged for deliver . We we're scheduled for midday delivery , late morning to early afternoon . At around 5 PM we called and they said one of the delivery drivers had not shown up and that it would be delivered the next day . MOST Companies would CALL the customers in the MORNING if the will MOT be able to DELIVER. NOT have the customer WAIT until end of day for the CUSTOMER to Call . They then Said It would be delivered the next day . We were sinking the hot tub into the deck and the contractor wants the frame AFTER we had the hot tub . Needles to say , the next day NO SHOW, NO CALL . We could NOT wait for the hot tub to continue construction . After the second NO SHOW , we called the warehouse and talked to someone that said the owner would be delivering it in a few hours . When the hot tub arrived, there were 2 gentlemen but neither were the owner . There was one ANGRY man that appeared to be in charge. I went outside and he asked where do they need to deliver it . When he saw that h they had to install it INTO the framed spot, he really got RUDE . He got out a tape measure and started measuring all sorts of things , and the Questioning me on the Dimensions of the opening our contractor had taken off the literature we had on the hot tub . As he Continued to whine and badger me about the opening, I reminded him the Hot Tub was Supposed to be DELIVERED 3 Days earlier. They then proceeded to insert it into the perfectly framed spot . When finished, the supervisor did NOT TALK TO ME and had the Other gentleman have me sign the paperwork . Very childish, NOT PR

    I have been a customer for about the past 7 or 8 years and was always pleased. I had a pool liner…read morereplacement on my pool. It took 5 months to get installed and the work is horrible. The liner is uneven and the base of the liner not even and flat. I could have done a better job myself with no experience. When I made a complaint, the pool installer hung up on me. Also, the pool people representative would not take my calls. I always wanted to support local business, but if this is how the treat loyal customers, I won't spend another dime in that store. My suggestion, go somewhere else. You can buy pool supplies cheaper online
