My eyebrows color asymmetric. The left side is much lighter than the right. It is obvious. My coworkers and friends notice it. I told Nina about the different shade of my brows. She didnot sound care. She did not offer to check on me to see it herself, instead she asked me to make appointment for trimming brows and do the touch up with fee 150 USD. I was disappointed with her reaction. I cancelled my appointment for touch up . I am disappointed and upset with what she had done to my eyebrows. Now, i have asymmetric color of eyebrows. It makes me self counscious about my appearance when I am in make up free. I have to do some brush to match the color since. I am surprised in the smiling face of her, she has a disappointed customer service. She never apologize nor made time nor offer to check about my eyebrow problem. I will not recommend her for anybody for her beauty service. She needs to learn about business service ethics rather than just thinking about money. She cares more about how much money she will get from customer rather than offer good customer service to make a lasting customer.

The owner got back to me personally, she went over and above to work with me and my super busy schedule. When I arrived, she took her time to discuss the shape I wanted, then took more time just to get the shape right before she started working. Yes, getting something similar to a tattoo on your face takes time to get right; which she did. I was worried about the pain, about the healing, the scary "dark" phase as some call it, but there was no pain whatsoever, following her directions made the healing process a breeze (and she provides the ointment), and the "dark" lightened just like she said it would. I have gone for my first, and touch-up appointments and I could not be happier with the results. My confidence has dramatically improved, yes, just the difference having eyebrows can make. No more 15+ minutes trying to pencil in my this brows, having them wash/wipe off. I seriously couldn't be happier with the results! I first got my eyeliner done by Brandi at the end of July 2016. She really took her time and went…read morethrough different options and different services she offered. We decided to do the mini eyeliner, because she reminded me that we can always add more later but it is a very difficult, long, and expensive process to get it removed. She obviously loves what she does. Her bedside manner is phenomenal! She made me feel very relaxed and explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. It started with numbing cream being put on the eyes which sat for about 10 minutes. She then started with the eyeliner and it felt like more of a tickle than anything. A weird sensation but no pain. She felt me flinch at one point and asked me what my pain was on a 1-10 scale. I said maybe a 2 or 3 so she stopped and put on another layer of cream on my eyes to sit for another 10 minutes so I wouldn't feel a thing. It worked! I loved the results, but as she tells you, it fades 20-30% over the next 10 days (it's healing!). I went back this past weekend to add a little more, so I really didn't have to put any eyeliner on for my day to day look. This time Brandi was no different. She really listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted! The whole process and procedure was painless and amazing! I am SO thankful I found her and got it done here-- I've read/heard horror stories of other places. Even if you aren't certain you want to get permanent makeup but are toying with the idea, set up a consultation. You have nothing to lose! She does eyebrows and lip tints or liners, and also eye lash tinting/perming. I got the eyelash tint/perm done this past weekend with my eyeliner touch-up and I am also happy with my results; I won't even have to wear mascara anymore!
