Great customer service, really wants you to be pleased with your results and does everything to make sure you are happy

she talked endlessly about how good she was and how terrible every one else was. I had my brows done 15 years ago and they still look great but since I had been pulling out gray hairs I needed a fill. She did it and it looked ok but the next day it was gone. Time had lapse since my last powder brow and the color had started fading and turning pink. I had troubles trying to find another artist to mend them and thankful that Brandi took me on!!! She made me feel super comfortable and she's very knowledgeable on ink and equaling out the pinks and greens that non quality ink will leave. I got permanent makeup eyebrows from this place and they fell out 90% in 3 months. Nothing a "touch up" could fix. I literally had ONE visible line left on my left eyebrow. When I confronted them about what had happened, they explained to me that I most likely didn't care for the tattoos well enough. My body is over 60% tattooed. I know how to care for them. Beware - follow up is additional minimum of$125. Brandi is sweet but not what I call a good artist. I've had eyeliner done twice before in Ky and it was nothing what I went through with Brandi. The top eyeliner was very thin and the bottom wasn't complete. I had no choice but to go back and have her fix it. She was going to charge me $125. for her to fix her mistakes. I walked out and she finally came to my vehicle and said she would fix it. I will never go back. I went to this place of business with a specific look in mind. I verbally expressed myself in what I was looking for the OUTLINE that was done before started was different than outcome. Then ONCE we were done I expressed that this was NOT what I asked for She stated, "that look would overpower your face" That's not her decision to make, I want what I asked for. Then she offered for me to come in to fix them. But I would have to pay for the deposit, and follow up appointment. She then stated, "I don't work for free" THE EYELINER- who even see Eyeliner? I needed it thin because I am, military but I never stated for it to not be seen at all. Kinda sorta OBSESSED with my brows! We were here on vacation and I have been considering microblading for almost a year... I had a consultation with Brandi and I am so glad I put my fears behind me and just DID IT! Jenny did my brows and lashes and Brandi did my sister's and we are so obsessed with how they turned out! I am so sad to write this review. I really liked Brandy in person and she seemed very knowledgeable. The reviews here were great also so I had very high hopes. Originally I went for eyebrows and was then sold(after a glass of wine) on a full face including eyeliner and lips. I expressed my desire to NOT have 80's brows and we joked about how bad those were. Well sadly that is exactly what I got. She shaved the entire bulb of my left eyebrow off and then started the tattoo from there. Also my eyeliner is nearly non existent and spotty. The lips were never done correctly. Crooked and off center with a third of the upper lip left completely untouched. I was so unhappy with my results that I did not go back in for touch up for fear of further irreversible results. Instead I went to another provider who did an amazing job fixing what I had been left with. I cannot tell you the difference between the experiences. She made me realize why my results were terrible. The techniques and procedures were night and day and my new results are stunning. I wasted an incredible amount of money, time and recovery going to the wrong person. I am an RN and worked in a plastic surgery office for years. I understand what unrealistic expectations are and this is not the case. Maybe Brandy was having an off day but I was not about to go back and make the situation worse. I did reach out to her and ask for a refund. I sent her photos and never got a response back. Maybe she's done good work on others but unfortunately that was not my experience. Beware and seek more than one provider. Lesson learned. Very very expensive lesson. read more

I first got my eyeliner done by Brandi at the end of July 2016. She really took her time and went through different options and different services she offered. We decided to do the mini eyeliner, because she reminded me that we can always add more later but it is a very difficult, long, and expensive process to get it removed. She obviously loves what she does. Her bedside manner is phenomenal! She made me feel very relaxed and explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. It started with numbing cream being put on the eyes which sat for about 10 minutes. She then started with the eyeliner and it felt like more of a tickle than anything. A weird sensation but no pain. She felt me flinch at one point and asked me what my pain was on a 1-10 scale. I said maybe a 2 or 3 so she stopped and put on another layer of cream on my eyes to sit for another 10 minutes so I wouldn't feel a thing. It worked! I loved the results, but as she tells you, it fades 20-30% over the next 10 days (it's healing!). I went back this past weekend to add a little more, so I really didn't have to put any eyeliner on for my day to day look. This time Brandi was no different. She really listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted! The whole process and procedure was painless and amazing! I am SO thankful I found her and got it done here-- I've read/heard horror stories of other places. Even if you aren't certain you want to get permanent makeup but are toying with the idea, set up a consultation. You have nothing to lose! She does eyebrows and lip tints or liners, and also eye lash tinting/perming. I got the eyelash tint/perm done this past weekend with my eyeliner touch-up and I am also happy with my results; I won't even have to wear mascara anymore! The eyelash tint/perm only last 2-3 months though, where as the eyeliner is permanent. I hope this review helps. If there are any questions, I would be happy to respond.
