We looked at numerous properties over an extended period of time and in one case she even went to the property and gave us a preliminary report before we drove the 1.5 hours it takes us to get there. They assigned me a realtor named as 'Greg Helton'. You can't ask for anything worst other than working with such kind of agent. He is arrogant. He started yelling at us for small things once we paid Earnest Money. He worked as a Seller's agent rather than my agent. We asked him to get the house cleaned as my kid has pet allergy, and previous owners had dogs. But nothing was done. We got just one key for the house and we had to replace lock for main door and garage as my agent was not aware of the keys and did not ask owners for it.
