The interaction came across as very passive-aggressive. I then attempted to schedule ONLY the basic cleaning (a separate estimate), because the project manager had not indicated that I was not allowed to do so, and I continued to receive automated reminders via text and email to schedule it. Then, Evan followed up with a passive-aggressive email, also complete with a smiley face emoji, continuing the interaction unnecessarily. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I get if you're too busy. But don't cancel and then complain to me about it. In essence, I'm sure they'll be great for a bigger job in your area. Part of my gutter had fallen off, and both the roof and gutters were in pretty bad shape with a lot of moss. I talked to a few other companies before, and some tried to oversell or make the situation sound worse. This team gave me the most practical suggestions and a very reasonable estimate. No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice. Juan and Mario showed up on time and worked super efficiently. In about three hours, they got everything done perfectly, roof and gutters cleaned, gutters fixed, everything spotless. On 9/15/2021 I called Gutter King and requested a quote on some gutter replacements. 9/22/2021 I received a quote and agreed with their quote and scheduled an installation date. My installation date was to ne November 11/01/2021 through 11/05/2021. That install date came and went and a week later I received a call and was informed they were still another 2 weeks out. I made other installation arrangements with another local company and had the gutters installed after Gutter King failed to call or show up as scheduled. On November 29th, 3:30pm a guy walked up to the house as I returned home and was very sarcastic and degrading. He became combative and started yelling at me. I told him him to get off my property and he continued to walk up to me and push out his chest as to wanting to fight! He was parked very close to our RV Coach and I stood infant of the van and told him to "back up". The installation guy was angry and got out of his vn and aggressively confronted me wanting to fight, using words like "old man and since of sh*t" in my face. I called the owner and at that time The installation guy sped off assaulting me and hitting me with his company van. I told the owner "your guy just hit me with your van and drove off". I had to hang up and call 911. 911 Medics checked my shoulder, probably PT required. The installation guy was not wearing a mask. Very rude and no respect to the customers. Confrontational installation guy. Hit and run is never okay Owner DID NOT call or follow-up with me on situation. 911 medics and King County Police responded.
