Wow, he did a great job. Our roof had an irritating drip and he went in, cleaned the area, and then resealed it. Afterward he cleaned all of the gutters and downspouts. He even tested the downspouts. The technician did an incredibly thorough job, both with the project itself and with cleanup afterwards (even cleaning our covered deck, which couldn't possibly have gotten any roof cleaning debris on it). Jose is very nice and gave the most competitive price compared to other services I found from Yelp. Also, they are not selling their roof cleaning service upfront as hard as others. The day of service, Jose took photos of my roof before gutter cleaning and it's a solid convince of a roof scrub. Fantastic experience! Great customer service, fast and efficient and great value. Jose cleaned our (very dirty) gutters and extended several downspouts for us. He also recommended a better way to redirect one of our downspouts away from the house and then did the repair for us. Super knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. Excellent service. Arrived on time and got the job done. I had my roof cleaned and gutters fixed. There was significant moss to deal with but they brushed it all off and applied chemicals to keep the moss from coming back. They cleaned the gutters, added additional supports, and cleaned the down spouts. It took six hours and they provided before and after pictures of what they did. This was much better service than the other company I used before who just blew the gutters with a blower and was gone in an hour. I'm very happy and will use their service in the future. read more

Before&After did an outstanding job for us. I got three bids for our job and they were the only bidder that came and walked my property with me in person. They provided the most information and came in with the lowest bid. They cleaned our metal roof and gutters, washed the house exterior and decks and power-washed all of our paved areas and block retaining walls. It was a sizeable job and their technician worked tirelessly for at least 10 hours. After the job, the technician went over the property with me to review the work. There were a couple more small things needed and he spent another hour taking care of them. It's a very dirty job and I'm a neat freak so believe me when I say they left everything neat as a pin. I can't believe how the place was transformed by the cleaning - gone are years of spider nests and dirt on the siding, yards of moss on concrete and asphalt and black stains on the metal roof I was sure were permanent. The place looks immaculate. We were proud to host my daughter's 16th birthday party the following weekend. It was the kind of great service you hope for but almost never get. read more

The quote was fair. After Jose arrived to wash the windows, I realized I needed my gutters and window sills cleaned as well. They were able to accommodate and again at very fair price.
