I wanted to get my Frenchie groomed. She called me back after like five calls to her. Somebody else came out was here for 23 minutes and charged me $100 stated my dog had poop in his butt and that his anal gland needed squeezed didn't have to him. I couldn't tell he had been grown at all. His nails were still long and he's still rubbing his butt on the floor and she said she flushed his ears. He still scrubbing his ears on the ground and scooting his butt on the ground as well when I called to tell her, she said I'm a call you right back. never rude and disrespectful. Made an appointment with Tanya. She called me while I was at my nail appointment 4or 5 separate times for different things. I didn't mind that because the main thing was that the power to them plus that her stuff was plugged to went off. I called my son and he took care of it. She called me ten minutes after she was to start waking him and said she's done bathing him but the power went out. So I was thinking (I was at my nail appt btw) wow she's done bathing him that fast? I have an English mastiff!! She didn't do all that she was paid to do and I paid $125 + $15 tip. She had to have my son to help hold my baby so she could cut his nails. She ended up leaving and not even finishing all the things that she was supposed to INCLUDING his front paw nails and that was one of the main problems. He still had a ton of fur coming off, not the normal amount. Now mind you, I told her BEFORE she came that he wasn't trained so I wasn't sure but she assured me that she was so skilled that she can and has dealt with all sizes breeds and temperaments. But what kills me is the fact that when it came close to her next appointment she didn't call me and say I can't finish or anything else when my nail shop is 5 minutes from my house and I was on my way home at this point. I called and she didn't respond so I texted her that we needed to schedule for her to come out and finish and she said the following week and she would call me the day before, she didn't cap the day before nor did she show up!!!! She's trash and it won't happen again. Idk how she's still in business. I deserve my money back but I'm sure she needs it more than me so my loss. Groomer seemed annoyed when I decided to not do business with her. This was due to her not confirming the original booking. I had a bad feeling about this lady and my gut directed me correctly because she showed up after I had already canceled the appointment after talking to her the night before. Dixon is an aggressive cat infested with fleas...until the Pooch Caboose rolled into our neighborhood. I called several mobile groomers and Tanya was the least expensive, the most knowledgable and the most confident. She called to confirm our appt time the night before, called when she was 5 min away so we could capture Dixon and arrived right on time. Within 30 minutes, she gave him 3 baths, de-flead him and put on his topical flea medicine. She was able to do in 30 minutes what we've been unable to do in 13 years! She doesn't even deserve a star we had her come out four times the first time she did great job charged us 55for the first two and 45 for the third next time she was rude and did a bad job and charge 55 each next month her daughter did all the talking and getting the dogs I think they only bathed them was so upset so the last and I mean the last time she will groom r babies I wanted to get my money's worth and kept sending my poor dogs back realizing I was just upsetting my dogs Tanya is the worst and this time she over charged 65 each I think she don't even love animals just n a hurry to make a buck never again read more

She was late and she up charged me $20 for each dog. $4o extra dollars! What's weird is that if she had issues she should have knocked on the door instead of completing the work and then laying it on me. I never would have let her do my dogs at $85 dollars Each. She was late but she did call. I literally had to sit here from 1130 to 1230 her expected time and she was a Half hour late and then another hour and 15 minutes to do the dogs. And after she's done with the dogs she tells me that they're bigger than she thought and they had matts And she needs to charge me 20 more a dog. If we would've talked about this prior to her doing the job I would've never agreed. I do you want to add that she did do good work and the dogs look good nothing special but good. She did not use doggy perfume which was a little disappointing but I had some so I used it. We will not be using her again. I called Tanya to schedule an emergency groom. She was very helpful and scheduled my grandmother's dog to be groomed the next morning! She gave us a time frame of when she would be there, and showed up to groom Suzy at the assisted living facility my grandma lives at. She did a wonderful job and we will definitely use her again! I have had mobile groomers here before and my standard poodle came away with razor burns and when he got out of Tanya's van, he was perfect and done in much less time than the other groomers. I love Tanya and her daughter they are really good with my animals and have been very professional. My dog's are excited to see them and that makes me feel comfortable since my little guy Liam is scared of everything. Plus he wont stay out of the pool and gets matted really easy being a Yorkie. It's definitely no easy task keeping him well groomed and I've been pleased with the way he's turns out. Liela is an American Eskimo and she is hard to cut if you don't go to the rite groomer. She always looks very beautiful and you can tell she's happy after they make her all pretty. I also have her groom my long hair American curl kitten and she's always silky soft and smells so good. Savanah loves to be groomed afterwards she comes in and rubs against us purring up a storm. We have been very happy with them and will continue to support their small family business. read more

Tanya is completely unreliable when it comes to showing up on time. This was the third time she came late.....very, very late. Despite my telling her I had to leave for work she called the night before ~ at 9:30PM ~and instead of coming at 9:30AM ~ which we'd agreed upon after two OTHER changes ~ she showed up at 10:45AM. I would definetely not recommend this groomer for cats. I have seen these mobile groomers around the area and a neighbor successfully had her dog groomed so I thought I would try them, for my cat. They come to your house and offer quick service although not super friendly. However, after they had left with their $70 check in hand, I realized that they had CUT OFF ALL my cats whiskers. I am totally traumatized as is my cat. I cannot imagine a groomer would knowingly cut off a cats whiskers. In the future I will return back to my old groomer who is quite a drive from my house as even though my cat hates the drive, at least he will have whiskers when we leave. read more

The groomer arrived and seemed to not know what she was there for because on looking at my dog she gave me a price and when I said something about the shave she said "oh a shave that will be more" which was still the price I was originally quoted. I was told there was a $5 gas fee which I agreed upon. When the groomer arrived I assisted her with getting my dog up in the van then I had to leave but introduced her to my roommate who would pay her when she was done. I got a call from my roommate who told me they groomer wanted $10 for the gas fee , I was quoted on the phone $70 including the $5 gas fee. The grooming job was average, clumps of hair were left on my dog so I know he was not brushed after because he was shedding worse the day after The bad rating is not for the $5, its for the poor communication between Tanya's and the contractor they use, I know this because the groomer mentioned she was a contractor. It is also for the below average grooming job and the lack of call back when I left a voice mail asking why the groomer charged $10 for the gas fee instead of the $5 I was quoted. I just thought you all should know that this company is the best mobile pet grooming service i have ever used. I have used several .I contacted Tanya and asked her if they had time to help us with our pets we have dogs and cats.She quoted me a price over the phone , said the price might change a bit do to the condition of the animals. She also let me know of a additional charge for the gas fee, which is totally understandable with the gas prices now days. She came to the house and cut our cats and did an outstanding job . She explained to me and my wife the different kinds of hair cuts and helped us with the problem we were having with fleas. She then groomed two of our older dogs one being three legged and the other blind, and the dogs were very confortable with her and looked the best they have ever looked .They may charge a little more for the quality of their work but my pets are worth it . You get what you pay for and they are very professional. I want to thank her for everything and my pets loved her .They even clipped my birds nails and wings too! It was great not having to load up everyone and haul them to the groomers. They were fast and very efficent.
