Wally knows as soon as I open the car door that he is headed for a day of fun I like in the summer heat that the pools are out and the dogs get to cool off and splash and play together. Be sure to call early because they are busy because they have such fine services. I really like the fact the employees know me and they know my dog Wally I will continue to use their day care services, their grooming services, and board him there when necessary. I feel completely comfortable and happy leaving Wally for a day of fun or an overnight stay I know he will be taking care of and he will be just fine.

My dog came home looking amazing, perfectly trimmed, clean, and smelling great without that overwhelming "chemical" scent some places use. They paid attention to the little details like the paws, ears, and face, which really made a difference. What stood out most was how calm and happy my dog seemed afterward. That alone tells me they treat the animals with care and respect. - not saying that lightly, my pug HATES his nails and hands touched but they held them fine haha Professional, friendly, and talented. We'll definitely be coming back.

When I went to pick her up I was horrified to see she had shaved her. She's a beautiful long haired shepherd and has never needed to be shaved. We live in northern NM night temps in mid teens. We have a large kennel she goes in and out. I yelled at the groomer for shaving her when i specifically said the leave some length for winter. She just stared at me. Then she changed more than last time. My wife and I are very upset she has to keep coming in to warm up. Now I have to buy a 100$ coat to keep her warm. I will never go back there. She didn't care about Lhani just make fast money. Terrible person terrible place.

Preface: Okay, so I see why the reviews for this place may be low, but it's definitely not 2 stars…read moreit's much better than that. If you come here expecting a 100 professional fancy dog groomer, you won't like it. But if you come expecting your dog to get groomed well, this is your place! I understand there is some unprofessionalism here like cigarettes on the desk, etc, BUT if you live in Los Alamos, you know how hard it is to keep a business going in this town so why would you rate someone bad who is obviously doing her best and a good job well at it. The review: I don't live to far from her new place on DP road so I walked my dog there. Stella, my dog, didn't hesitate a bit to go in, I was the sad one to leave her. I was checked in by Heather right away and she took Stella to the back. I asked her when I should expect to pick her up and she explained they were short a person should in a about 4 hours. She was right on, I picked Stella up 4 hours later after receiving a confirmation text. Stella was happy when we got her but was also enjoying the other dogs there. She groomed her very well and didn't take too much hair off just like I asked. I would definitely go back. She did a good job! it cost us $64 + Tip, which is a lot, but not considering for the lack of groomers in town. She even put a cute bandana on Stella! In short: Don't come in here expecting a fancy hair salon. It's a DOG groomer.
