Tons of amenities (kitchen, W/D, hair dryer, dishwasher/DW pods-- you name it). Everything was impeccably clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows so so but it wasn't a huge issue. We loved the pool and convenience to town. You're right next to the alpine coaster and adventure park, plus you have the pool, golf, spa, tasting rooms and mini golf on site. We walked into town every day in about 10-15 minutes, was great for a morning stroll to get coffee or grabbing dinner in town. I've stayed in the winter & summer now and loved both times for different reasons. Such a lovely place to stay if you're visiting Leavenworth and without breaking the bank.

Our daughter wanted a very specific look for the reception, and we couldn't find these items for rent anywhere in Wenatchee. However, after contacting Laura, she was able to purchase these items and rent them to us for a very reasonable price. She was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, and she communicated with me whenever it was necessary. Number one, if she had too many beers ( which she didn't she only had three) it would be the servers fault. And number two she called my friend a bitch. Who says that?! What kind of a place let's this happen?! What a joke. On top of everything she got the bill completely wrong just a really bad experience all together. I go out to eat a lot but will never go back here nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
