This was a mistake and a COMPLELTY different experience and not for the better. With this other law firm, the communication was terrible, and It took forever. When I finally got a call, the other lawyer presented me with a low offer and tried to justify it telling me i had a standard whiplash injury. Ultimately, I went back to Attorney Campopiano (with my tail between my legs) and he reviewed the file and graciously took me back. Attorney Campopiano suggested that I go and see specialists and after MRI and other testing was performed, he ended up settling this case for $70k.
