Thankfully, my next two visits were excellent. The manager introduced me to the "camouflage" service to blend my gray, and I received a great beard trim and hot straight razor shave. On my following visit, another stylist did a fantastic job with my hair and beard, though she couldn't provide the straight razor shave. I was charged $60, which I felt matched the quality. Today, however, I was assigned the same stylist from my earlier bad experience. The service was, again, subpar: The camouflage service wasn't available My haircut and beard trim were both uneven She didn't clean the hair off me until I asked for a wash She never rinsed the loose hair from my beard After a towel dry, my hair was left messy, and I had to ask for a brush My face was left unshaved and not lined up Despite the poor service, I was charged nearly $40. But when I say I want a quarter of an inch off I'm not including the ears. I want the left side of my head to match the right side. I want the front trimmed neatly. Great Clips uses professionally trained and state licensed stylists. I'd like to get a haircut without having to remind them of a request or pointing out something they missed.
