Not only is dining hugely disappointing, but I've tried quite a few hairdressers and I've left so utterly disheartened. Salon Fig was such a positive experience. My hairdresser, Ava was a delight. She was easy to talk to and truly listened to me. Together, we came up with a plan for my hair. I valued her input as she explained each step of her process. Sometimes, hairdressers can be jarringly rough with shampooing but Ava made sure the water temp was comfortable and massaged my head with just the right amount of pressure. The hot towel treatment after was heavenly. I'm happy to say my curls are back and well defined, unlike my last hair experience, where the hairdresser blew my hair out straight despite me sharing a photo of a curly hair style. After my hairstyling, I purchased small quantities of the products used. I've started using them and I'm very pleased. Salon Fig is not inexpensive, but I will definitely return. I'm pleased beyond belief.

Someone overseeing the student records including but not limited to daily activities, student records (transcripts, attendance, as well as accepting new students), instruction standards? I'd hate to see someone go through what I am. In my situation they decided to terminate me in October 2025 for telling the director that they can't use windex as barbicide and we needed the supplies to properly satisfy our clients. That same director called the cops on students. Most students fresh out of high school all because they refused to make them money. But they weren't just being lazy they just wanted to be taught what was signed in the agreement to attend this school. Eventually she was fired and now they have yet to have a stable director and that was in January! I have been waiting for my transcripts and proper paperwork since October 2025. The administration does not know what they are doing. Just ask the students when there not in front of the staff because they do get reprimanded if they say anything bad. A little warning to anyone looking to attend it's worth the drive to empire and they are cheaper, better education! They also have an active open case through the state for the pint of complaints made about them. BE CAREFUL where you go for education and where your money goes!
