Steve is not a people person it seems to me, and the decals Quick Signs put on my boat fell off within 48 hours of Quicksigns installing. Emily might be great, but I got Steve. Steve seemed like he was all attitude. I sent him an e-mail and he could not find it and assumed I did not send it (lied) or addressed it incorrectly. I let him vent, then called him back the next day. He found the e-mail I had sent the day before, but offered no apology. If only he held his standards to his own actions. I have 4 yard signs with direction arrow made. Two of signs have the "arrow" printed wrong. I only noticed the problem with one sign, drove 20 minutes and sent it back. Today I just noticed the 2nd sign with same problem. Now I need to wait till Monday to get it corrected. Apparently they don't have good quality control process in place. My advice to potential customers... check the quality before you leave the store. read more
