Rogelio Tapia was a great local find. A friend recommended his company so I gave him a call. Since he lives in the neighborhood he was able to come up, talk to me and give me an estimate for some fence repairs. The job was pretty big and more than I could handle alone. They did trample a small Lime tree but I'll still give them 5 stars, as long as they replace the tree! Rogelio gave me a fair quote, I got two other quotes that were higher. He actually underestimated the height of the fence in his bid. But he is a man of his word and did not charge extra for his mistake. That's good service and shows he is a man of his word. His crew of 5 guys came in and got to work right away. They were very careful not to trample any plants or anything else for that matter. They discovered a few problems due to some questionable jobs other homeowners did 30 or more years ago. They took it all in stride, fixed the problems and found solutions that worked well. All of the crew were very polite and hard working. It was like having a bee hive buzzing through the yard. Pretty impressive!!! One thing cracked me up. Rogelio brought a microwave in so his crew could heat up their lunch. That's pretty smart and considerate of him. I suggested he get a small refrigerated for cold drinks. It was 90 plus the day they put the fence in. So yes I would highly recommend his company for remodeling jobs. They do it all, roofing and full remodels. read more

I would like to give Rogelio and his team 5 starts, because the work he did for our company was amazing, but after the one project was completed and he got paid he suddenly disappeared! We are a property management company so after I saw his work I told him that I will have future project for him as well and I would even refer him to our colleagues. We paid him on time and communication was open and great the whole time. So, we were extremely surprised when he wouldn't return our calls and messages. Very disappointing to see a great team with great skills just ignore a company that can provide them with a lot of work. No explanation given. read more

I found out Rogelio from Yelp, read some positive review about him and decided to call him. July 27th, he came out to my rental property in San Jose, fixed minor thing here and there, including the sliding door leads out to the back patio. He and my tenant said they replaced the channel and I paid total $192 including $42 for spare parts. One month later, the sliding door broke down again so I called him back, preparing to have him do some other new projects as well. I called him 3 times with 2 messages, never heard back from him. I guess his work doesn't include a warranty at all or he just lacked the courtesy to call back clients. What a disappointment! read more

Rojelio was great! I had a broken closet shelf that needed to be replaced. He took on a job that others quoted much too high or did not want to take on since it was a "small job". Not only did he do an excellent job, he was courteous and what he charged could not be beat by a landslide! He went above and beyond my expectations. He even took away the broken pcs of wood and brackets from my broken shelf. I highly recommend Rojelio. You will not be disappointed.
