Chips and salsa came with a very spicy salsa of carrots, onions and other veggies and is not for the light hearted. Wife tried the chili verde con carne, a delicious verse sauce with sliced beef, onions and served with chorizo refried beans and rice. I went with the carne guisada, another delicious ensemble of beef, grilled onions and jalapeños and seasoned perfectly. Fair warning Taqueria is a CASH ONLY restaurant so please be warned. My wife saved us since I never carry cash. Give Taqueria Vallarta a try, you'll enjoy it!
