Terrible customer service from the lady cashier. Went to buy tacos today for taco Tuesday prices. I was charged the full amount. I brought my receipt inside to get reimbursed for the amount I was overcharged. I explained that I was overcharged to the cashier and showed my receipt. She spoke to her coworker and then said they can't credit back my cc or give me cash to refund the difference and offered more tacos instead. We didn't need more food and I wanted my correct money back. They fumbled with the computer and said they couldn't do anything. She (the cashier) said, "Come back tomorrow and speak with the manager at 10am. I said, "That's not an option for me with my work schedule. I want the number to the store and your name so I can say who rang up the transaction and was denying my credit/cash back. She then said, "I don't speak English." I said, "Well, we've been communicating fine." She spoke more to her coworkers and ignored me. I said calmly, "If you don't give me a name and number, then I'm gonna take your picture to identify you," which I did. All of a sudden, another coworker decided to help. She called someone and guess what.. they got a key to the register to give me my money back. The original cashier counted it out, and I smiled. I told her she had bad customer service, which, guess what.. she understood that in English because she replied, "Whatever bye" We will not be patronizing here anymore after 12 years. Honestly probably one of the best burritos, tacos and quesadilla de asada I've had in a minute. I believe the service is and was the standard of all service should be. ( Natalie) the cashier remembered my order perfectly and gave me my order correctly. I was Sorry for the late visit but man was I hungry and the food was nearby. Overall the atmosphere could have used a little more decorations in my perspective. You have an empty canvas to explore fill it and make it feel like the food you're serving. Overall I see a lot of potential with this place I lived in Fontana for 5 years now and just discovered this gold mine. Decent mom and pop taqueria located in Fontana. After eating here for 3 consecutive days, I have a pretty good idea of what this place is: a solid choice for tacos or burritos (haven't tried their quesadilla). On Monday, the tacos and burritos we ordered were stuffed with rice, beans, carne asada, cilantro, onions, and we added cheese. The tacos we ordered were packed with meat as well. Tuesday and Wednesday just happen to be "Taco Tuesday and Taco Wednesday", which meant dollar tacos. Unfortunately, on Tuesday and Wednesday, our tacos and burritos meat portioning was much more "rationalized". My family and I ended up eating burritos that were mostly beand and rice, without much meat. The customer service is so so, each day I went in mother and daughter were clearly upset with each other. Daughter wants mom to do things a certain way - mom disagrees and wants things done her way - that kinda thing. Not 1 single smile from either, made it kinda awkward actually. The food wasn't bad by any means, but nothing stood out either. And mom and daughter need to work things out, it will reflect in their product if they ever do. read more

This is my go to spot. Not just on a Tuesday but all the time. It's not the most comfortable place to sit and eat but the tacos are beyond worth it!! Terrible! The place stunk, the staff wasn't friendly at all. We ordered the carne asada burrito And a bean and cheese burrito. The carne asada was DRY and too crispy. The beans weren't refried but DRY pinto beans. So you can see why the bean and cheese burrito was awful. I had the carne asada with chili verde, the chile verde sauce was okay. The only rEason I gave this restaurant 1 star is because of the marinated Carrots. They were blanched correctly, yet wasn't marinated long enough with the jalapeños. Just bland. I wouldn't go there. Worst place. Burrito is all tortilla, depending on what side you bite on you'll either get all tortilla or rice and beans with maybe a piece of meat. I used to go here all the time. Burrito used to be big enough to fill me up. Now the burrito is small and almost no meat inside the big tortilla and it's $10.
