This poace smack everytime, tacos are huge and filling, at $4,99 per taco as of 2-7-26 this is still a killer value. Also where can you get three meets and nopal as well as fijoles charros to go along and add to that bomb homade taco taste. Everything was served pretty fast. The staff was nice and polite. Also it is almost never extremely busy. A couple people consistently trickle in but if you cant make your mind up on one meat get several. Lasty the vibe is clean restaurant area and fairly modern. Came here for the tacos but the selection was limited. There was no buche or suadero, that's the reason we stopped here. Ended up with the carne asada burrito, it was good! You get a free little cup for beans, salsa is good and their salsa bar is unlimited. It's quiet inside, I'd definitely recommend eating at home or even in your car. read more

This was my first time coming here and I was interested in trying this place out because I heard a lot of good reviews from friends. Upon entering on a Friday night around 10 PM, there were two other customers and the restaurant was practicing COVID-19 guidelines. I ordered a huarache, (4) four vampiros, and a sope. I mixed it up with al pastor and carne asada, which I think, I would've stuck with the al pastor. It was more tasteful than the asada, which was chewy and not as tasteful. The huarache was hard and in my culture, we usually eat it like a big flat soft tortilla, but the vampiro is as good with the cheese and green salsa provided. Also, the sope was really good, I think this was one of the items I enjoyed the most. I tried a bit of everything just to see what I liked most. Cost wise, I spent $35 to feed three people including two drinks, which is a bit pricy in my opinion. I think I'll return, but recommend the vampiro and sope. Based upon fellow helper reviews, this place is hit it miss. Fortunately for me, my visit was a hit. They've got your standard, "street tacos" here in all your favorite meats: al pastor, asada, chorizo, cabeza, carnitas, pollo, suadero, buche, legua and tripa. I, however, went for the "specialty tacos" (which is what this review is based upon. First up: Chile Taco. Carne asada and chorizo mixture topped with cheese, onion cilantro and guacamole. Oh, and they top that with a sliced California Chile filled with more cheese. This taco was delicious (and very filling). Next: Taco Loco. A mixture of carne asada, al pastor and chorizo topped with onion, cilantro, cheese and guacamole. Since I devoured this taco after the first, with the only variation being a lack of California Chile but addition of al pastor meat, I wasn't overly impressed. That's not to say the taco wasn't good though (it was). I've read some reviews talk about how overpriced these tacos are. At $2 for a street taco and $3.50 for speciality, I'd say the price for what you get is worth it. Seriously, both tacos had enough meat to three tacos each. On my visit, customer service was average. The woman at the register did seem uninterested in my patronage, but the guy who handed me my food tha led me for stopping in and told me to enjoy my food. So, service was A-Ok. This place looks how it tastes, which isn't a compliment. We passed by and noticed there was a lot of people eating so it must be good, however we were mistaken. We waited 45 minutes for our food on a Sunday night. It came out looking like it was leftovers from yesterday. The meat was chopped up so small I couldn't tell the difference between the carnitas and the carne asada. You might think you're in the woods camping if you eat their complimentary beans because there are chopped up hotdogs in it...? Their salsa selection is nothing to tell your mom about. Overall, their food is average but certainly a solid choice. They are on the pricier end of the spectrum but the portion sizes of their food are generous. I ordered a chicken quesadilla but the chicken was dry and disappointing for its price point. They do offer complimentary servings of frijoles charros and thats definitely a plus. The restaurant interior is a bit on the dingy side however and it's parking lot can be a bit difficult to access during rush hour traffic.
