As the food finished up, the gentleman let me know that he added an extra shrimp taco to the order at no extra charge. Who am I to complain when an extra shrimp taco is tossed into the mix? The tacos were amazing. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned and grilled. The pico had a little kick to it, which I enjoyed, but my daughter did not. More for me. With food trucks, it's all about timing. Order early, or order later, but if you order at the peak time, expect to wait a little bit. It's worth it!

I was about to change my mind until they said they would prepare fresh pico for me without the cilantro. This was YUGE to me. As a customer with a super specific hatred for this herb, only about 14% of the population(Scotti, Ariel 2) , they accommodated my stupid request and made this specific order for me and for that I am truly forever appreciative. Well last week they visited and I tried one of their burgers and it was outstanding. Although the name of the burger escapes me it was a generous burger patty on toasted Texas toast and had a sunny side up egg on it which I think is what made it so phenomenal. In fact, our DJ said she eats hash and rice all throughout our area and that was the best she has ever eaten. WOW! The Nanner Nanner Pudding is extraordinary - homemade custard, Nilla Wafers, and baked meringue on top. I loved, loved, loved it! The cheese and macaroni is the cheesiest! I could go on and on. It was such a surprise to find a congratulations card from Larry and Deb in the mix. They were so thoughtful and that was just the cherry on top of an already great experience.
