I had the carne asada my wife had the simple but tasty lunch special, one beef enchilada with authentic red sauce. My carne asada was a thin tender sliced flank steak; nice flavor with a bonus, a chili toreado to make it perfect. The plate also had a little guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream.
