Stopped in at lunch, and surprised it wasn't packed! This is definitely the spot for Italian food in the area. I haven't tried all the spots yet, but I think this place will be hard to beat. I got a chicken parm sandwich. It was ginormous!! The chicken was lightly breaded, and moist. The cheese was flavorful and thick. The bread was super soft and complemented the chicken perfectly. Absolutely amazing sandwich for the price. Very relaxed atmosphere, and the service was good. Gonna be back to definitely get another one of those sandwiches! read more

Pasta Grill has always been good every time we've eaten there. They can be a little rich on the sauces, but overall the food is very good. An Olive Garden recently opened up in town, but Pasta Grill has nothing to worry about. read more

I had the ribeye with asparagus and roasted potatoes , my wife had the Prime Rib with broccoli and roasted potatoes and my daughter had the "lightly fried" Cajun Shrimp and Pasta. All three dishes were on point. Service was excellent and everyone was very nice. We went after a college softball game and were dressed casual but didn't feel out of place. After losing three straight games this was by far the better experience of the weekend. read more

We had Pasta Grill catered to us and basically got to try one of each pasta. The seafood pasta was so delicious as was the Alfredo. We loved the spaghetti and lasagna too but my favorites were the white sauce pastas. Everything was a super generous portion size and so flavorful. Really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to having it again. read more

Found the Pasta Grill on yelp as we were traveling through and stopped in Russellville for the night. Food was excellent. Service was good. We did not have a reservation but went early. There was a quite a wait by the time we left. Marinara was amazing. Portions are large. Prices were extremely fair (we were surprised at the prices given the quality and the portions). The food was delicious. They have a large menu and we asked our server for recommendations. She recommended the Pasta Margarita and it did not disappoint. The sauce was delicious and not heavy. Also ordered the house salad. There was an ample amount of thin slices Parmesan cheese that made it extra good. Their desserts were also amazing. The Lemon Tart was especially good with a thick home made whip cream that often gets mistaken for ice cream. The ambiance of the place was nice and the place was clean. Recommend! read more

Stumbled onto this on our way thru the area. Located in oldest building in the downtown area but incredible renovation. It is Italian with a Cajun twist. Service was outstanding and we ended up taking away dinner for later in out to go's as the servings were so large. Will definately be back. read more

I love this little place in Russellville and probably the nicest choice in a small town. The food is delicious, tons of flavor and savory. Something I would expect more of a high end dining experience. The staff is always nice and it's a cute little restaurant that is much larger than it looks from the front. I cannot recommend the bread pudding enough. It is the best bread pudding I've ever had in my life. I always look forward to eating here when I visit. read more

Traveling through Russellville and the Pasta Grill was recommended by the Courtyard Marriott desk clerk. We followed her recommendation and are SO glad we did. Our dinners were amazing and the staff was so genuine and attentive. We are traveling back to FL from Santa Fe and were thrilled to find a restaurant of such high quality at all levels (location, service, ambiance, preparation creativity, quality staff, and food quality) in our Russellville stop over. read more

There was a wait but it went really quickly. The place was very well staffed so the service was excellent. My husband had the special that was beef in oasta in a stroganoff type sauce. He loved it. Even the marinara sauce for the bread that arrived quickly was wonderful. read more

So we enjoyed the chicken parm here, but compared to la villa, I think we lean more towards la villa. For me, the things spaghetti doesn't work with chicken parm.It needs the regular spaghetti. It was still delicious and the breading wasn't thick, It was just right. read more

Fantastic food, we had spaghetti with meat sauce and salmon gnocchi. Both were excellent as were the simple dinner salads with lots of dressing choices. The bread with red sauce for dipping was awesome as well. We finished the meal with their killer bread pudding. Great ambiance and service was outstanding. I definitely plan to go again. read more

We got our food to go. We do not live in the Russellville area. The food was packaged to perfection. It traveled well. The host who took our order was very thorough for a take out order. He even accommodated us before closing time. I love the ambiance in the restaurant. This restaurant has been a mainstay for my family since college. We love it. Anytime we drive through, we get to go food. If you haven't tried the cheese bread you are missing out. read more

Always a great time at Pasta Grill!! I especially love their Blackened Chicken Fettuccine, Salmon Gnocchi, and strawberry Margarita with the fresh strawberries on the sugar rim! It is hit or miss on either a three or four star rating. It is a good place to take family for supper if you find a parking space. Restaurant is clean, bathrooms clean, service is good. Lasagna is great, Chicken nachos is excellent. If you have never dined here, it is worth trying. Bon Apetit read more

Pasta Grill is consistent which is one of the reasons why it remains successful. The atmosphere is a nice balance of casual and classy. The garlic bread with marinara dipping sauce is the best bread service in town. Both the lunch and dinner portions are plentiful, so you won't leave hungry. Our server today was attentive and friendly. When our out-of-town friends wanted to go out for Italian food in Russellville, we knew the best option was Pasta Grill. The Chef's Gnocchi was incredible; I will definitely get that again in the future. The only negative thing I can say is that a side salad is $4 which includes a single grape tomato, one slice of red onion, lettuce, and cheese. It's definitely too small of a portion for that price, especially when a competitor in town includes a side salad with every meal. read more

We arrived without a reservation on a Saturday night. We were expecting a long wait, yet 5-10 minutes we were seated in a lovely booth. What amazing food! I had the Tomato Basil Soup and Portobello mushroom Ravioli. My BF had the Prime rib special. Delicious! Our waitress was attentive without being overly attentive. Left Tucson AZ on Sunday in our Motorcoach, we don't do fast food and honestly have had some real disgusting meals. This place is the Best food, cleanest, nicest establishment we've seen. I had a Italian combo, he had salmon dinner they were both fantastic! Our waitress was a 10 plus also. We left with lots of leftovers and a fresh, tall strawberry cake slice. Loved everything about Pasta Grill and we will return. This entire town felt Patriotic, clean and impressive! Can't wait til tomorrow as my bag of goodies is awaiting. At home this meal would have cost 3 times as much and 1/3 as good. I cannot believe there was not a line around the building even on a Thursday evening. Great restaurant in Russelville. Same owners as the one in conway. In fact i wish Conway's has this much room! The food as usual was very good. I ordered the prime rib medium. It came out perfectly cooked and very flavorful. My wife ordered the mixed grill pasta. She loved it as usual! She might try something else offered by the restaurant eventually. We had a big party, so they did a wonderful job keeping up with food and drinks. Definitely would recommend to anyone in Russelville. read more

My child's alfredo didn't taste creamy at all and also lacked flavor, and my wife's manicotti "while cheesy" was extremely greasy and not flavorful either. Flavor was the biggest miss factor here.
