The restaurant was very busy for a Saturday night. There was call ahead RSVP that we did not know about, but would highly recommend. We were told 30-35 min wait time for 2, but were seated in 15 min. Staff was very good. Food was excellent. We ordered the cheese bread for appetizer, which was really good, but they also bring a basket of bread out to the table. I got he Pasta Grill Chicken, it was wonderful and a large enough serving I had leftovers to take back to hotel. My husband Blackened Shrimp and pasta. His too was very good. Stopped in at lunch, and surprised it wasn't packed! This is definitely the spot for Italian food in the area. I haven't tried all the spots yet, but I think this place will be hard to beat. I got a chicken parm sandwich. It was ginormous!! The chicken was lightly breaded, and moist. The cheese was flavorful and thick. The bread was super soft and complemented the chicken perfectly. All three dishes were on point. Service was excellent and everyone was very nice. We went after a college softball game and were dressed casual but didn't feel out of place. I love this little place in Russellville and probably the nicest choice in a small town. The food is delicious, tons of flavor and savory. Something I would expect more of a high end dining experience. The staff is always nice and it's a cute little restaurant that is much larger than it looks from the front. Stumbled onto this on our way thru the area. Located in oldest building in the downtown area but incredible renovation. It is Italian with a Cajun twist. Fantastic food, we had spaghetti with meat sauce and salmon gnocchi. Both were excellent as were the simple dinner salads with lots of dressing choices. The garlic bread with marinara dipping sauce is the best bread service in town. Both the lunch and dinner portions are plentiful, so you won't leave hungry. Our server today was attentive and friendly. When our out-of-town friends wanted to go out for Italian food in Russellville, we knew the best option was Pasta Grill. The Chef's Gnocchi was incredible; I will definitely get that again in the future. The only negative thing I can say is that a side salad is $4 which includes a single grape tomato, one slice of red onion, lettuce, and cheese. It's definitely too small of a portion for that price, especially when a competitor in town includes a side salad with every meal. read more

Great restaurant in Russelville. Same owners as the one in conway. In fact i wish Conway's has this much room! The food as usual was very good. I ordered the prime rib medium. It came out perfectly cooked and very flavorful. My wife ordered the mixed grill pasta. She loved it as usual! She might try something else offered by the restaurant eventually.
