    The wait is freaking ridiculous and you have to remind the nurse how to do the job and that is not…read moregood. They need to be better organized and have more help. The place is very clean and they have a huge parking lot and it's always busy here. The nurse need to make sure the patients are taking care of faster. If a appointment is at a certain time don't over booked the people and have better time management. They are always looking for more help. I love how the nurse explains things but I shouldn't have to remind you about that things that need to be done. The doctors are really nice and they are always taking care of my grandmother and that is the main thing to me and I really enjoyed that about them. Please continue to help the elderly and make you treat them with love and respect.

    I went there 12/31/21 for drive thru testing. I was told they offered good service. Not true! No…read moreone is in charge. I waited in line 3 hours only to be told I could not be registered. A woman came out of the clinic at 4:25 pm walked over to a security guard and told him to start telling people they would not be seen. Starting with my car, this man walked from car to car relaying her message. He says he does it daily. I don't know who she is, but she needs to be replaced immediately. Implementing a cutoff time of 1pm or 2pm would be more proactive than asking 20+ drivers to leave without receiving a test at 4:30 pm.
