First time visiting this Target location. Me and my wife recently stopped here while we were in the area of this thing family and friends for holidays. This place was pretty spacious and it was definitely packed. There is easy access from the light and it's right off the highway which makes this place very convenient to stop at. There are some pretty clean restrooms upon entering. Staff here was pretty casual, shelves were fairly stocked though it was a bit overpriced but I can't say it did feature everything that I was looking for though it was more in limited quantity. read more

Spoke to two different employees there while trying to locate an item. Both were extremely ride and not helpful/willing to help at all. I was told the item I wanted was "that way". I was also looking for a mens size Cleveland Browns jersey. They only had youth sizes. So the selection was awful. Terrible overall experience. Bad customer service! read more

Target in Green is bad customer service. Supervisors act like they are on a power trip

We went to Green Target (1/9) and during checkout my husband went to the restroom and as he walked back near self checkout he stepped in someone fecal matter near self checkout. The employees were lost on how to even clean it up. We have 2 small children who were with us, and my husband having to take off he's boot while its raining and cold out. That's so unsafe and disgusting. No employee apologized and or took accountability for it, and acted like we were the problem... I expect this at Walmart... Target's Covid policy is if they see a customer walk in the door without a mask that they will ask them to put on a mask. The person can just walk by them and not put a mask on. At anytime while in the store the customer can also take off their mask and nothing will be said. And their claim to wipe down shopping carts never happens and if it does it's a ceremonial swipe that barely touch's anything. For a store claiming to protect customers they do a pretty crappy job. Yes I could do curbside pickup if I have 30 minutes to wait in my car for someone to bring me my things. Oh well when people keep turning to Amazon maybe they will learn to appreciate their customers. read more

I placed an order online. They marked it as ready for pickup, so I started to drive there. When I got there 20 minutes later, they said the order was canceled due to a "technical issue." I guess I should have left earlier. read more

Ordered 2 items for pickup next day. One was not available so I cancelled that item. Picked up the one item paid using my Chime. Problem arose when I paid for one and thinking it's not a big deal about the other charge. WRONG, now neither Target or Chime is willing to stop the pending transaction on the cancelled item. Chime says it's pending and Target pretty much told me so sad. Will I ever do pick up at Target again, HECK NO. Will I be using my Chime HECK No. read more

Full disclosure...I have a target shopping addiction. This locations dollar spot is a bit smaller than other locations. I typically load up in this section on dumb stuff I really dont need. The makeup section is also smaller than other locations but still plenty of selection. I don't have good luck with clothing at Target in general, neither does my husband. The housewares are my fav area to browse. Very different and stylish. I do load up on cleaning supplies here as they always have deals and coupons. Check the cartwheel app. read more

This is a pretty good Target - the staff is friendly and the store is well-stocked and clean. I got here around 9:30 on a weeknight (they close at 10) and the staff were still really willing to help - the person putting carts away didn't seem to mind at all that I was using one to get things to my car, even though it was the last cart out (and then waited by my car and took it for me - all in a pleasant way, not impatient). Just like every Target visit, I bought about 20 more things than I had originally intended, but c'est le vie! Their frozen dinner are cheaper than what I found at Giant Eagle, so if you're like me and stock up on quick meals, I highly recommend looking here. read more

The Target at Arlington Ridge has gone downhill very quickly, it used to be a great store. I am almost ready. to go back to Walmart that is how bad tis store has gotten. The last several times at the store there has been 1 cashier. Today when I was at the store there were no cashiers it was all self checkout. Self checkout is very difficult with a cart full of items. When I ask if they were going to have other cashiers they said no go to self checkout which was lined up around the store. When I rang up something twice the attendant around to help was busy on his cell phone. He did help me, but I had to find him because he was on his cell phone and not watching for customers that needed help. This was especially frustrating since the line was very long for self checkout . When I ask him if Target was going to start having cashiers again, become all self checkout is hard with a cart full of items. I received a very rude lecture about the store being very short staffed today due to a call off. His response was out of line, He simply could have said they were short staffed today, but unfortunately there have not been any cashiers the last several times I have been at the store. I simply wanted to know if they were eliminating cashiers , because I will shop for everything at Amazon going forward if that is the case. I am bot going to struggle through self checkout again with a cart full of items, a real shame I used to really love shopping at this store. read more

5 stars for James in the Electronics Department. He was awesome! I stopped in to pick up a few parts for my new video camera and had a great experience. James was knowledgeable and friendly. He was easy to talk to and very patient with me. I don't have many electronic devices in my possession, so I was a little outdated on everything; However, because of James, I had a very smooth visit. read more

This might be the worst target ever. I tried calling all morning and not one department answered the phone.

Zero complaints about this target. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. You can find some awesome sales on random things that you don't think you need until you see how cheap it is. This place is always kept very clean and there is a Starbucks to complete any shopping trip. I'm here multiple times a week even if I don't need anything in particular. They are always finding ways to take my money. read more

I returned a heyday headphones back for a refund and the women gave me $40.44 instead of $60.44 this is not right for employees to do this to customers.I really enjoy the store ,but didn't have to take my $20 .happen around 3pm 10/08 2018 .letting others know that this could happen to you. read more
