But today I had to fix a plumbing issue and needed expert help. I took pictures of my plumbing issue on my phone and went to Ace with the hope that I could show the pictures to someone and they could help, not expecting much though. I found the first employee and shared my pictures and issue to her and she sent me to their "resident plumber." Wow! This guy knew exactly what I needed to fix my problem. From the pictures I showed him he diagnosed my problem and showed me the parts I needed to fix it until I can get a plumber to ultimately fix the issue. This guy was an expert. And Ace had what I needed. Then I went over to look at the yard items and found a small bird feeder. A staff member saw me looking at the feeder and voluntarily told me that most of the feeders and related items were located at another location in the store and pointed me in the direction. She didn't have to do that but I'm glad she did because I would have not known about the location.

Lol so 3 people asked if I needed help and I didn't at the time and then Jim asked if I needed help and I did and he took like over and hour of his time to help me fix this piece. He gave me options of parts for me to put together and that seemed like a lot of money and work and so he asked if he could take the knob apart and see if he could pretty much re build it. The crew that they sent out to do the installation did an amazing job from start to finish. They took care in protecting my furniture by covering it up and eliminating as much dust mess as possible. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything back where it belonged when they were finished. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to do this job. I love my new fireplace, mantle and the stone looks amazing. I had a great experience all around and I will definitely be recommending Country Stove to friends and family.

The installed the wrong mantel, which was damaged from the manufacturer (told me who cares), they damaged our $4500 bookcases/cabinets, installed a piece of arched molding that was damaged by the manufacturer, failed to finish to crown molding and kept the key to our house and refused to return it. There is a whole lot more that I could go in to. In total, I had to pay $2,000 for repairs for the damages they caused and they would not work out a settlement with us so they put a lien on our house. We paid the amount owed because we could not take another loan out on our home unless we paid the lien off. They have yet to remove the lien and we paid them in full over 2 months ago. This company is unethical, does subpar work and charges top dollar for subpar work. The job took them 3 months to complete. I highly encourage you to not hire this company that does not care about their work or their customers. I paid $13,000 for a fireplace redo and my bookcases have issues because to make them look halfway decent, they had to be repainted. So in total, this job cost me almost $18,000. A completely unopened box, still sealed. Interestingly enough it's not listed on the receipt, or on the company website, no where. The receipt says that they will accept any returns within 30 days with a receipt. The guy told me there's a sign by the register and that he doesn't need to put it on his receipts. I think the receipt should list all of their terms/policies, not a "sign" that they can take up or put away as they please. Never again! Advice/ make sure they sell you the right product or you will be out $$.
