    I'll start with the major headlines. They have up regular price signs and tell you it's the sale price until you look it up and show them. Then they smile and say oh! (the one in Duluth has the right prices up), then they tell you that everything is in stock and try to switch it at the last minute (the one in Duluth asks your zip code, checks and gives accurate info). I asked to speak to the manager Kevin because of the many questions I still had and he refused to come speak with me. Instead he sat down with 8 other employees and told the worker to tell me that corp was closed but never bothered to see why I asked for his assistance, clearly someone was wrong. As I was leaving I asked for the corp #, and still sitting he said he would have come talk to me but no one told him. I turned and asked his employee did she tell him and she said yes. As we turned to leave he started talking about me to his team so I politely addressed his unprofessionalism. The next day I called corporate and asked for a call from the field team and no one has responded. I went ahead and found the same items in stock and cheaper from somewhere else and brought them cash. You've lost a great customer of yours.

    If I could rate them a zero I would . Three months since I started a claim ( extended warranty) on my sectional's two recliners ( both quit at the same time ). Absolutely no reasonable communication whatsoever with Rooms to go or the Guardian warranty. They really do not care at all . They don't advertise this but all this crap is manufactured in China and it's next to impossible to get any parts .

    Just bought a house and needed some new furniture. They had a great deal going on with no interest for 60 months. This location is VERY clean and organized. Mercy, a cuban lady, helped us through all we needed. From applying for their credit card to choosing the right colors, and models. She was absolutely great, would totally recommend her. We bought a new living room set, and a new dining room set. Prices and quality are great. All sofas came with complementary throw pillows, and lamps as well. Delivery only took a week. The guys were super nice, and took their time to leave everything as we wanted to. ESPAÑOL Acabo de comprar una casa y necesitaba algunos muebles nuevos. Tenían una oferta sin interés durante 60 meses. Esta ubicación es MUY limpia y organizada. Mercy, una señora cubana, nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos. Desde solicitar su tarjeta de crédito hasta elegir los colores y modelos correctos. Ella fue absolutamente genial, la recomendaría totalmente. Compramos un nuevo juego de sala y un nuevo juego de comedor. Los precios y la calidad son geniales. Todos los sofás vienen con cojines complementarios y lámparas también. La entrega solo tomó una semana. Los muchachos fueron súper amables y se tomaron su tiempo para dejar todo como queríamos.

    Motor stopped Working! it was inspected almost 2 months ago 8/16/22 no phone calls

    I regret buying our furniture from RTG, the motor in our least used reclining chair stopped working and it's been over 2 months since the technician told me the motor was bad. Now I've been waiting for a part to fix it! I go to the Buford Store complain and get promised it's there top priority but don't get a returned call back. I bought the 3 year warranty (last June 2021) some good that's doing with their lousy service.

    Let me start by saying that the owner is a sleek experienced old school salesman. I've been here…read morebefore and returned as I was ready to upgrade. The owner thinks he is beyond customer service. He pushes the most expensive mattress but then he doesn't stand by what he sales. The mattress has a defect and since somehow the law tag was removed by his delivery people, he stated he couldn't help me (he accused me of removing it) When I try to educate him about customer service he got really offended and directed me to the manufacturer. I did contact the manufacturer and they graciously are replacing my mattress as they stated that I mattress delivered without a law tag is not uncommon, rare, but not uncommon. Which is what I tried to tell him. The manufacturer stated that he sold me the product he should have taken cared of me. But, he didn't. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. He is very sleek and very nasty if things don't go his way. He thought he was going to harm me by not helping me. But, it turns out that I was reasonably correct after all, I just wanted a replacement to replace the defective mattress that was delivered and the law tag may have been removed by his delivery team. I am sure he will sell a lot of mattress and fool a bunch other people, but, Karma is real!!!!! But, if you buy beware that he will not honor any product without the law tag which the manufacturer informed me that by law a consumer can remove it anyway, which I did not know

    Bad Business - I purchased a mattress from Sleep Galleria and never received the $300.00 Visa gift…read morecard promised, even after numerus follow ups. They sent me a redemption form, but it was returned in the mail because was a bad address. John Curry at the Johns Creek location sold us the mattress and he seemed helpful at first, but kept saying gift card is handled by corporate and continued to ask us to email support@sleepgalleria.com, but with no response. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They also closed the file because there are no responses from Sleep Galleria. "Your Better Business Bureau (BBB) has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. Because we are not a government agency, we cannot force a business to respond."

    DO NOT SHOP HERE. They do not keep their promises, they will not honor their 90 day sleep…read moreguarantee, they say they're in Chapter 11. The owner sold us a bed and assured us multiple times that if we didn't like the mattress, even though we were shipping it to FL, that he would be able to help us. We have been trying to get our mattress exchanged since July and they keep giving us the runaround. Now they're telling us they're in Chapter 11. Additionally, they deleted my one star review on their website. That's why they have such a high rating. BUYER BEWARE.
