It was clean, and of course, the people were really friendly, which is what I love the most because where I come from you don't run into too many friendly people. lol. First, I really like Target and shop there often when home in the north. When here in season I shop this Target store and have had good experiences. Today I stopped for a few items & when I was ready to check out there was only one lane open with a cashier with a long line waiting and a long line waiting at the self check kiosks. Not good. 5pm on Friday 8/15. There was 1 open register, there was a cashier finishing an order with his light out. We asked if he could take us, he said no im closed. We chatted among ourselves how this happens so frequently. We all saw many employees look at as waiting, simply walked by. The self check also had lines. Felt bad for the young man at register, as he was trying his best. Surely all these young people laughing, chatting among their selves could have gotten a supervisor. Also begore we left, We needed an item to high up for us to reach, no employee anywhere to help. We used a pole we found at one of the isles to retrieve the item. I have been in the target so many times and I absolutely love it. It is great staff great items and honestly just great layout the only thing that I have a complaint is it runs out of items very quickly. I tried to get advil one time and they just didn't have it. They told me they were out of stock and they would restock again tomorrow, but they didn't even have it. I went at the very beginning of the day. They did not have any Advil. I like the target, but they just run out a bunch of items very quickly. read more

With no success for a sweater next door, we stopped into this Target with low expectations. This *is* Florida, so why would they have sweaters. Amazingly, a decent selection and Mom found something stylish that was similar to a serape that will work very well for her needs. The women's clothing department is very well taken care of. This is a full SuperTarget which means that instead of just a selection of dry goods and some groceries, it is a complete supermarket with produce, deli, butchery, frozen and more. The selection is quite good and the shelves are well stocked. Plenty of parking and there was no wait for a register when we were ready to check out. read more

This target is a "Super Target" meaning it has a full grocery section in addition to Target. There are two targets in Cape Coral this one and the one off Santa Barbara Blvd, which I live only 3 minutes away from- but I'll always choose this one over the other. This Targets employee's are a lot nicer and don't make you feel...unwanted nor are they pushy and in your face with "customer service". I used to work for Shipt doing grocery shopping and would frequently shop this store, they treated me no different as a shopper or customer. I'm sure anyone else who has done Shipt shopping knows some stores are very rude about you being a shopper. The customer service department is always helpful when making a return, I've never ever had them be rude about a return or complicate the process for the most part. I had a time period after having my daughter that I was having to return a lot of the wrong sized diapers and they were very kind about it. This Target is very well stocked and maintained, if you're looking for a "new" item like new toy releases or Funko Pops this Target is your best bet out of the two in Cape. Only negative is I've only ordered store pickup/drive up a handful of times here and each time one or more of my items isn't actually in stock and gets cancelled- but I realize that's not necessarily Targets fault. i was kicked out with my friends at ULTA in target at cape coral fl, the lady working there was so rude and she kept giving us dirty looks i don't know if she was having a bad day but she told us to leave just because we were trying on makeup when clearly it says "try me" and she said there was a mess when people had already came in and made a mess and I guess she clearly can't see because she was blaming us. One stop will get you everything you think you need and some things you didn't even know you were looking for!! I want to give a shout out to the Optical Dept. because they not only have a nice selection of designer frames, but they have outstanding customer service!! They accept most insurances and it takes less than 2 weeks to get your new glasses. read more

I like this Target. Once you get the layout (I'm working on it) things are easier to locate. Usually the items I need will rotate to sale just as I'm running out. Overall store is messy but the womens bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like the floor had never been cleaned and it was covered in urine. Also there was 1 stall with toilet paper. read more

Target will always be the best place to be! Even though their price are a bit high, you will always get your money worth. I bought a pair of shoes once and I still have those shoes now and I bought them almost six years ago and they still are holding up. For some reason every time I buy clothes from here they always rip the same day I wear them which suck because their clothes are so cute. I also love that they have vegan options more than Walmart! They have so many different things to choose from knowing there are not a lot of stores that look out for vegans I'm glad to know that their one of them. The staff is always helping and busy! They do a good job with making the store look clean and neat and like every other target. Some things are easy to find and when you need help but can't find anyone they have phones where you can call an associate to your location which I think is really cool! read more

Ok, honestly.. what isn't there to love about Target?! This is your all in 1 stop shop for cute clothes, home decs, office supplies, gifts, personal items, groceries, kids items, electronics, books... you name it- it's probably here. I have shopped at this Target location numerous times and I've only been met with excellent customer service. On occasion, I've purchased items online for in store pick up, and my items were waiting for me at customer service only a couple hours later with a smiling Target employee. I don't typically shop groceries at Target because I'm never impressed by the produce aisle, but I come here for nearly everything else. read more

I agree with Timothy S. Since Target switched to CVS, it's like a light switch . The staff used to be sooo friendly. That's why we chose Target as our pharmacy. I actually had a seizure in the store, and the main pharmacist kept running over, trying to help. Whenever she saw us after that, she would greet us by name and ask how I was doing. Now the staff is so rude, I don't know where to begin. Today my husband went to pick up two prescriptions, which I filled online, because I received an alert telling me they were due. My husband went to pick up and the pharmacist said she the prescription had expired. If it had expired, why would I get an alert? He asked her that, and she said she "didn't know how online works." I, like most other people typically LOVE target and spend way too much money here. My husband and I have a 7 month old so we took him here about a week and a half ago. The flu is still running rampant in this area (I'm a nurse) so I went to wipe down the cart before we set him in and all the wipes were gone. I saw a girl standing by the checkouts and I asked if I could get the canister refilled to wipe the cart for my baby and she gestured to her manager standing with 3 other people at the front of one of the aisles and told me to ask him. I went over to him and said "excuse me, I have a baby and I wanted to wipe down the cart before setting him in it but all the wipes are gone" and the girl standing next to him said "if we get time we'll refill it. Try the other door." There were FOUR PEOPLE standing in a circle looking at a coffee spill but they couldn't spare one to help me? A really nice woman that was working the self checkout came over with some paper towel and cleaner and wiped down the cart. I came back the other day and it's STILL not refilled! I mean even Walmart has wipes for their carts. This is what happens when a bunch of teenagers run a store. I have now gone back twice since then and the wipes have been full both times. I'm still disappointed with the customer service I received the first time but I am happy the wipes are back! read more

I like that this Target is huge but it is laid out bad. We also could not find facial tissues. Looked near all of the usual suspect of categories and aisles. We even asked a Target employee and they didn't know. Huh. It's nice and convenient to have all of the food and groceries in the store, however I don't think the prices are any better than the local grocery store. In fact, except for some of the specials, the prices were probably slightly higher. Same thing for toys. Toys R Us was actually slightly less expensive on a comparison of kids' board games. What did it for me to give 4 stars instead of 3 was the woman in front of me in the checkout line was barely scraping to come up with the cash to make her total. The cashier pulled out a $1 bill from her own and said "don't worry about it". The woman did pull out from the bowels of her bag another dollar but the cashier would not take it from her. The single start I guess could be for the few customer service repeat check out that have been kind, the clean carts and the self check out people wiping them down which is great, but only 2 actual lines open? Why does target have near 10-15 registers but only 2 are ever opened? You could still practice the 6 feet social distance but nope, they don't care and allow lines that block the main Katy and even end up in different isles because they get so long. Also it's bothersome to see other workers come up and chat with cashiers while we have gigantic lines....why aren't you assisting ??? Besides that, always a bad experience. Isle workers block the isles without a car that you're shopping and don't move out of your way or even say excuse me, they just expect you to attempt to squeeze by and ignore you, no offers to help search for products. Went in 3 times in one week looking for toddler boy shorts, STILL NONE, not a single pair . Moving over to food, within a month they haven't stocked their shelves, they move products over to take spots of items they haven't ordered in, you can see where they have quickly ripped tags off and slid a single product over in its place. Who knew within a window of 4 weeks, they couldn't restock on juices, frozen fruits, food, they also don't always have fresh fruit either, this store is a complete mess. Let's walk over to the deli section, stand for a few minutes and they won't greet you , you as the customer has to speak up , backwards practice their also. This store profiles and follows POC through their store and especially down the cosmetic isles . This store needs better training, they should have no weekly shipments of goods like other stores do, it's a complete joke. read more

They have over 20 check out lanes, but never open more than 3 or 4. I stood in line and when I got to the register the woman said I am closing you need to go to antother line. I was in Target today Sunday at 12:30. No cinnamon pecan rolls. Told they put them out at 8 AM and they are usually out in an hour or 2. Why not make more if so popular? Asparagus incorrectly priced in the produce section. Had to find someone and ask. Needed a recipe box or sm. File box. They don't carry them. Needed a 2 cup glass measuring cup. Did not have any. Check out was crazy. The register I was at ran out of receipt paper, had to wait. Not a good experience today. read more

Too often are there too few employees working the registers causing lines. Cashiers aren't always that friend, saw one give a customer an attitude when asked if his lane was open. On another occassion about a month ago, the cashier did not greet me even though I said hello (all I got was a blank stare) and legitimately argued with me about having already rang an item up (she was about to charge me twice and I had to point on the screen to show her where she previously rang up the item). Wish the carts were the same as the ones at Coconut Point, never have a flawed cart with disfunctional wheels. read more

I am disabled and found the staff to be the most helpful and cheerful people I have encountered in a long time. I had several large purchases and not only did they help me to my car without even having to request this, they organized my purchases to make it easy for me to unload once I was home. Staff is always nice, friendly, and helpful. They have a clean, new-looking store and a wide variety of items. What I like most is their website. Unlike most stores, Target's website accurately displays which products are carried in the store, so you don't have go all the way there to see if they have what you're looking for. If you call the store, the staff will actually be able to answer your questions promptly and accurately, unlike other stores. Some of the prices are decent, and the products seem to stay well-stocked. read more
