I went for a return. The cashier was so rude. She asked me how I was paying and I told her I wasn't buying anything I had a return. She gave me an attitude and asked me cash or card. I told her I wasn't buying and she yelled at me an asked me how I paid for the return. She needs to figure out a way to talk to people. She asked me for my email and I began to spell it for her. She huffed and slide the machine so I can put in my email. I kept my cool the entire time but I wanted to tell her to be kinder to people. read more

Great deals on Clearance in the racks at the back (usually 40% off). We travel with too many clothes as it is but hey, had to check out the racks even it means we have to buy another suitcase to fly home with.... The staff were easy going, helpful but not in our faces which we loved. We played dress up for a bit and settled on a few pieces to purchase. I came in to the store to return some pants, with the TAG. that I bought only a week ago for $50. This girl "Samantha" was beyond rude, tried to give me store credit (which I repeatedly said I didn't want) NOT ONLY THAT. She also tried to give me the CURRENT sale price of $15, when I paid 50. She stared at me like she was on drugs when I asked questions and had the nastiest ratchet attitude of anyone I've ever seen working retail. read more

I hope someone from AE corporate reads this. I wonder, do you guys continue to use music psychology from the early 80s when music was just loud.? Furthermore your employees cannot stand how loud the music is either. The music entering my ears is a banter of noise pollution to the point that I do not want to remain in the store to shop. I had a great shopping experience today. I was greeted when I walked in the door, and was checked in on. The best experiwnce was at the cash register though.
