This is an okay Target with goofy parking format and wonky self-checkout machines. The bathroom had urine splashed on several seats. I had to essentially open each and vacant stall doors to look for a clean one. I thought the merchandising at the store location looked visually appealing. Every aisles had things fully stocked and I was able to fetch everything I needed in one clean sweep. The beauty aisles in particular had a nice array of new items I haven't seen before. I especially enjoyed checking out the body wash aisle of all places. The part that was most disappointing was the checkout process. There was no line at the time at the self-checkout area. I specifically chose self-checkout that day because I didn't feel like going to the male associate checkout line with my boxes of feminine hygiene products. I was also having a really bad migraine headache and awful cramps. Well I guess I was wrong. My machine kept saying Guest ID needed. I only had 3 items and everything was already rung up and bagged up. So I waited for the store associate to come clear the error code that was apparently generated by the previous customer use. The other associate asked her what I was trying to purchase that required ID. She said to her it's because of the previous customer wanting to but medicine needing ID and that I was just there to purchase some feminine hygiene products. Thanks for the store wide announcement. Please talk louder about it so you can properly humiliate a customer like me. The store associate failed to clear the code and I kept seeing the same error. She stormed over to me visibly annoyed AS IF I CAUSED IT! Now there was a line and people gawking at me like I did something wrong. Didn't think I needed to put on a spot like that and frankly not sure why I had to be talked to or addressed in the manner I did. I ended up going over to a different machine to checkout and leave. I've never had an experience like that at a Target store and hope to not have an encore of that in the future. read more

Trying to change it up since the Cypress location has been falling short. The service at this location is somewhat better, but it still seems to suffer from the same fundamental issue that the other local locations are where the whole store is just geared toward online order/parking lot delivery. This leaves those of us who still shop "analog" to fend for ourselves in an understaffed environment, like a prettied up warehouse or similar. One random checker, and a line a mile long for the self-checkout. I guess it's a race to see if we'll crack and just start ordering online, or their stock will hit record lows because we hold fast. Amazon delivers it to my door, you shouldn't go all-in on that market strategy as you're my "I need it now" option. This isn't the best Target, but it's definitely not the worst either. It's on the smaller side, so things go out of stock pretty often, you don't get as large of a selection, and they don't seem to restock as quickly as other locations. The app inventory can also be hit or miss here, probably because customers put items back in the wrong spots. Target pricing is Target pricing where most things are premium priced when the quality may be questionable, but when they have sales it can get quite crazy in a good way with deals. Things like markers normally $5 would get marked down to 50 cents during back to school season. Customer service, though, is great. The workers here always try to help, and I've never had anyone be rude or turn me away. The store itself is mostly clean, but you can tell during busy times that they don't keep up with it as much as they should. Bonus points for the in-store Starbucks -- you can use Target gift cards there, which makes it a better choice than the standalone Starbucks in the same plaza. Overall, an OK Target. 2/20/23 Needed foot pads by Dr. Scholls & of course they would not have that. I got the UP--Target brand and will order the one I need from Amazon. Picked up a pack of toothbrushes & to the cashier I went. The Self-checkout line was longer. I had a $10 gift card-used that & all I paid was 92 cents:)) No muss no fuss! I've been coming to this target for years. I like that it's a smaller store and less crowded. There's usually long lines during peak times so I try and do pick-up. If you do pick up, make sure you log into the app and select that you are on you're way. Unlike other stores, Target employees are timed on how quickly they get your order. So, if they have to grab something off the shelf, it might take them more time and make the employees unhappy. We want happy workers! So, don't use the app when you are there to check in. Use the app when you leave your house to give the employees time. Let's be mindful of other people. read more

WARNING!!! There needs to be a class action lawsuit, nationwide about this issue. Target has been scamming customers every day out of MILLIONS of dollars! If you have done the drive up option to pick up your online order, CHECK your online receipt. They automatically charge you for 10 bags ($1.00). They are only supposed to charge you 10 cents for each bag you use. When you pick up your order, they are supposed to remove the bag fees to reflect the actual number of bags. We NEVER use their bags and bring our own trunk tote. I ALWAYS ask them to remove the bags, AND sometimes they tell me they've removed it (but it was never removed), and sometimes they tell me they don't charge for bags (but there is always a $1.00 fee !!!). Go check your purchase history in your Target app, it's now hidden under "Regional Fees" whereas previously it was just listed as "Bags Fee". This has been happening since prior to the pandemic! If I check my online receipt before leaving the store, I then have to walk to the Customer Service counter...soooo many times I've had to walk up to the counter! But I finally needed to tell everyone, and will start looking for a lawyer to take on this class action lawsuit! CAN YOU IMAGINE how many millions of dollars they have stolen from unsuspecting customers through these years ????!!!!! Bloomfield Target is my usual Target, and AGAIN, today my daughter picked up my order of 5 items, and was charged $1. This is ridiculous the amount of time it wastes to have to walk in, or follow-up. My favorite thing about this Target is that it has a little area where you can get your own popcorn (pre-boxed) and icees. They also have a Starbucks. Other than that, Target is Target. It has all the basic necessities and then some. The parking lot is spacious and pretty much always has spots. Service has never been a problem for me here. Using the app is always a big help if I want to order items for pick up or look for which aisle an item would be in. read more

January 2020, I feel that I am a huge fan of this location based on its location + the size of the store. Unlike most Target + (great land) stores this one is smaller but carries all the essentials that other stores have. What I like about this store is the turn around period for merchandise is fairly quick and I always find a great deal in the clearance section (clothing = behind the fitting rooms). The customer service/online pick up section is separated from the registers so its very convenient compared to the previous layout the location had. The cafe has been downsized to a small corner next to Starbucks near the exit of the store but it's self-serve. You can still get a Slurpee and a pretzel but no more popcorn, hot dogs, cookies, etc. read more

I have to commend the service I received from this store. I found the associates, especially two in particular - Susy and Joanne, to be as helpful as they could possibly be. I came in and gathered what I needed to buy. When it came time to check out, I found my phone had just died. I'm a big advocate in using the Target app to make purchases. However, I was faced with a dilemma. I had a charging device in my car and Susy and Joanne allowed me to quickly get it and at the same time, grab a charging cable from the tech department to charge my phone. Unfortunately, my charger wasn't charged. Susy offered to hold the items if I came in first thing in the morning, but I knew I wasn't going to make it. All in all, I didn't get to buy my goods. Covid-19 safety measures: 5/5 -Each cash register station has plexi glass installed to limit any germs from spreading between cashier and customer. -There are social distancing stickers marked on the floor to keep customers standing 6ft apart from everyone. -All employees are wearing face masks. -There are hand sanitizers at cash registers that you can use after you leave the store. -Cashiers sanitize their station before ringing up the next customer. -Shopping carts are sanitized after every use. Customer service: All staff workers here are very friendly, fast and helpful. My trips here are always fast because the checkout moves really quick! I usually drop by here for cotton swabs in a case and hand sanitizer if I'm going on a trip. Shopping in store is more attractive than the online stock unless you know what you're looking for. The Liberty of London collaboration is very well curated. I didn't buy the jars because of the pattern's horror vacui. I love the acrylic glasses. Look for large butterflies above the aisle ends [my boyfriend laughed when I pointed this out]. I want the Sixty floral-print platter. The plates are too pretty to eat anything but dessert out of. And since it occupies its own space where parking isn't shared with other busy businesses like the South St location, you're not having to fight for a spot. I got a gift card for my birthday last month and today I went to use it for the first time. The cashier could not ready the numbers even though it was scratched but the sticker was not coming off right and it was hard to read. He suggested I go to customer serve and have them check it. The guy was very very rude when I told him what happened and I shows him the gift receipt he proceeded to say Ralph's does not sell Target gift card. I told him well that's where my friend purchased it from. He went to ask another associate and they said yes Ralph does sell them but my card has no balance and would have to call Target customer service or the customer service on the gift receipt. So I left and called Ralph's/ Kroger and they did yes the card is active and has a balance of $25 not used yet. So I called Target service and they say it's has no balance this makes no since. I think Target has to many issues with there gift card because this is no my first time having this issue with a Target gift card. Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks and file a claim. Target should not be sell gift card at any grocery store if they are not going to Honor them. read more

5 stars for customer service! Came in to grab an Apple Watch and was greeted and assisted by Jesus in the electronics department. Didn't have the one I was looking for in the display case but he insisted to check the inventory in the back. Came back empty handed which was a bummer, all sold out. But he went ahead to check the next nearest target to see if they had the Apple Watch I was looking for and they did! YAY! I visited this Target on Sunday, as I was doing on a shopping excursion. I browsed more than I shopped here. The store had a good deal on t-shirts. You can get three of them for $27. I tried a couple on, but I didn't like how the my fit. Of course, I end up getting Pepperidge Farms cookies in key lime pie and s'mores. Yum!
