I was close to sealing the deal when Joe came in with his vast knowledge recommending monkey board to "reinforce the bed frame. I asked why I would have to pay extra to fortify something to make it solid. Then he told me about common sense. Well, Joe common sense tells me if I have to fix it before I've even paid for it; it's garbage. Common sense tells me to see a dentist. So, I guess improve your product and your customer service. With that said, a quick internet search returned exactly what I was looking for with metal construction for 1/10th the price. Living Spaces used to have quality furniture but it's definitely not the same as it used to be. I would just walk away quiet but Joe needs a refresher in customer service. Joe wasn't even my sales person (I had two from different sections) so why he was involved at all confuses me and he blew the sale directly with what he said to me.
