When shopping at this Target, I have encountered mixed experiences. I typically do my essentials grocery shopping at this location, and it generally covers what I'm looking for. The bathrooms are generally unclean and could use hourly cleaning due to their high traffic. On many occasions, I've found some great pieces, whether it is a knick-knack, makeup, or clothing, etc. When doing exchanges or refunds, it has been a mixed experience. On some occasions, depending on the employee one encounters, it is either fun, average, or unprofessional; there is no in between. One encounter I had was incredibly hostile, and unfortunately, my nephew, a minor, was there to experience a grown man who was a Target employee who targeted my nephew with racism, projected hatred, and entitlement. I asked the Target employee a simple question while checking out. The man was volatile in his retort. The employee screamed at us in an attempt to humiliate us in front of others, and then aggressively threw a basket in our direction. It was an absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate experience. It was clear that the man had a mental health illness and had not been a safe individual to work within a shared environment. He was easily triggered. I reported this man to the manager, and it was handled immediately. As for the value of the products in the store, I would say it is mid-range, with high pricing. You can easily overspend so definitely go in there with a conscious budget. read more

I love this target!! I'm an avid target shopper and thus one don't only does the job well but has a lot of products to choose from! The selection is great and there are always sales and target circle deals which help me keep on a good budget and save! I often do their drive-up shopping and they are soo speedy...plus it's helpful in bad weather or if I want to bring along my pup for the joy ride. It has made such an ease with shopping with my busy schedule to do the drive up shopping and I would say this store is a sure win for deals and selection! read more

Target has the most disgusting bathroom l, there has been a dried piece of crap stuck on the bathroom floor for 3 weeks now, the floors and sinks and walls are gross and when the do decide to mop the floors they do it with dirty water and there are black streaks all of the floor but they somehow manage to not get the piece of crap off the floor! read more

For the area they are in, they're product displays are not only in appropriate, but offensive. While target might be an international company, it should understand their target audience when putting up a store, and rearrange their displays accordingly. read more

This is a great Target. Wifi is strong, coffee shop right when you walk in, it's not too big, and everything is easy to find. The coffee shop is different from others that I've seen. The tables are made of great quality, and they don't teeter or rock. The clothes, cleaning products, and everything else you need for your household is always in the same spot. Personal hygiene, pharmacy, everything is all in one area. What more are you looking for, if they don't have it, put on your worst clothes you own and go to Walmart. For me, clean yourself up a bit, look presentable, and go to Target. read more

Clean and organized location. A lot of construction outside in the parking lot. Shelves are neatly stocked. A lot of bottlenecked lines. They need more cashiers to handle the customers checking out, and avoiding long lines and waiting in line. read more

I actually really like this store, because I can usually find things at this store that are sold out/not carried at the three Spokane stores. But here's the thing: THEY ARE DOING THE SLEAZY PRICE CHANGE THING BETWEEN THE WEBSITE AND IN-STORE. In other words, you find something on the website while you're at home or work or wherever, and the website tells you there's inventory at the CdA store. Great, you think, and drive there. Yeah - different price inside the store, and usually much higher. SLEAZY. You can literally look up an item while you're twenty miles from the store, on the Target app, and it will BE A HIGHER PRICE once you enter the store on that very same app. Maybe Target has bored in-house attorneys who like class action lawsuits or having to deal with federal consumer protection agencies. Went to online chat to question and they were slow in responding, slow in typing and had no answer why the charge happened since order was cancelled. Upon walking into the store every team member I saw was either stocking Or helping someone. Always great big smiles and can do attitude . I was greeted immediately and helped all the way through. I had made a last minute purchase online the evening beforehand, as I had called ahead to confirm the item in stock. The associate, on the phone, was pleasant and helpful. The item was ready at customer service and as I signed for it another clerk retrieved it and helped me to my car. I then did a little shopping and everyone I saw was pleasant. They are mid reset but i saw no clutter or piles of carts and no one just standing around. Check out was speedy and accurate. I saw the Supervisor twice, first observed her giving direction and a plan to the team up front and then on the sales floor. I made sure to compliment. 5stars! read more

This store is way too small for the area. Always very under stocked, messy and disorganized. I've written in to corporate and asked them to please consider either expanding the store, or putting in a Super Target in North Idaho. We are from Las Vegas and go to Target on the regular for things needed for the house or clothes for our child. This is the absolute worst Target we've ever been too. We were shopping for 5 days at an Airbnb. The shelves are empty. This is toys, food, clothes, cleaning supplies, personal items, baby food, household items. I've never seen a target this empty. But come on management have some pride. Oh I must mention the aisles are very narrow. On some of the aisles there isn't enough room for a cart to pass another. read more

Great store! The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is modern, trendy, and has a unique Target charm that's all its own. You can find pretty much everything here! The bathrooms are extremely clean compared to some other public restrooms I've been in. However, sometimes the Starbucks is a bit unkempt but that's not anyone's fault. I love shopping here; this Target is way better than the mildly trashy one in Spokane Valley. read more

This is a small target, but I love any target :). They do not have a lot of food items Other targets carry. There is always a long line, they have self checkout with workers overseeing, but don't open registers until the line is crazy long! The wifi is terrible, I always have a problem using the target cartwheel app as I shop. Theres a man with a beard always there that, I assume, is an undercover employee looking for shoplifting? Idk but he makes me so uncomfortable shopping for women's clothes with him scurrying around watching people. I tried calling this store multiple times to correct my receipt, but its all automated so I couldn't speak to anyone! They undercharged me on accident and I would love to correct the error for my conscience. read more

This place was messy. Why would a worker leave a cart full of empty boxes down the aisle where people can't get through. Looks like they don't even care about their inventory. I can see a few products could be sold out, but seriously how can you be missing that much. I do like to shop at target, but this one was disappointing. read more

Compared to so many other stores of it's type, target is the happiest place of any of them. Love the selection of products, quality, friendliness of staff!! I just called to check if they carry a particular gift card, and was waited on right away and a very quick response was given. So disappointed that there was only 1 working handicap scooter and its battery was dead. Had surgery and I'm non weight bearing so can't walk on one of my legs, wanted to go shopping with my daughters but ended up waiting in the car for them. Guess we'll go to Shopko now. read more

Just you're typical target. Has a cafe/Starbucks inside and the staff is friendly. For back to school shopping, the supplies were decent, but all the school supplies were spread around the whole store, not just all together in the "Back to School" section. Overall this is your standard, clean Target. read more

I order from here often and these last couple times I have been disappointed to say the least. I ordered from amazon, a product for my face, cause my face is in desperate need of a hydrating, repair face product. I just moved to a small town and so a target is no where near me and the climate here has damaged my skin. So I ordered from amazon and had them lose my stuff and have to give me a refund. So then I decide I will go ahead an order from targe they are reliable, but then only to find out the exact same issue and no solution or remedy for the problem and issue! I ordered an anti acne and spot serum for my face which desperately needs it. Then to see that the app says my stuff should have been delivered days ago, but really I never recieved it. I call to ask where is it? For them to say oh nope your never going to get the product. After I paid and waited. Now I am without product. I planned ahead to make sure I get this in time, now I am leaving for vacation and won't receive any of my product that had ordered, shopped for, researched up on the reviews, took the time to read ingredients, paid for it with my card, and waited for the entire processing and shipping process. And now I am left without a product, out of time, out of money, and overall rethinking any ordering I do from here. After being treated the way I did from customer service!!, I would think twice from shopping here they don't care for customers who spend a lot of money with them after months of being a member. read more

I will NEVER shop there again! I don't want no man in the womens bathroom when I have to pee now that they allow this ridiculous store policy. The stalls have gaps in them and I dont want some guy seeing me in the stall with my pants down passing by it....and I don't want to have to close my eyes passing a stall with gaps to avoid seeing a mans hind end if one happens to decide to come in. In Target, any guy who wants to go in there can. Its disgusting!! Now men can go into the womens dressing room too, and peek all they want if they have a mind to. Some things in life are private, its normal, not abnormal. I certainly wouldn't want a woman in the mens bathroom if my husband's in there. Its a total invasion of male privacy just as it is with us women, at least with most of us I'm sure, especially moms with daughters. Target should have bathrooms for men only, women only, transgender female, trans male, etc..and so on if there going to cater to all and not lose business. If other stores start letting men into our womens bathrooms where the sign says "Women", then its simple...we will just shop somewhere else or on the internet. read more

this store is usually ok. decent selection of the stuff I use/want and for the most part the prices are good. I go in today specifically for one item and spotted another thing I decided I needed (happens every time). and I go to stand in line. this was about 330pm on a Tuesday afternoon. one checkstand with it's light on, another stand that may or may not be open. the light was off but people were checking out. and that was about it. 2 people at the service counter that seemed oblivious and another that I think was trying to help but failing miserably with at least 10 people waiting, and if anything I am underexaggerating. I was a cashier in a supermarket for 7 years and worked another year in one of those book/movie/music stores. ANY time we had more than 2 people in line you called for help. get another checkstand open. that never happened. my dad was the least patient human ever. I guarandamntee he would have ditched his stuff and left. I am not nearly as bad. but I have social media to air my grievances. I will be letting their customer support line know of my experience. otherwise I really dig this store. but I sure would appreciate a self-check out line or two. or three. read more

Love this store! Always bright and clean with new items to see and try. Very friendly employees. The new Starbucks is great!
